Gerard Butler -- Shirtless & Ripped

Did someone apply those abs with spackle and then paint over them with a skin tone color?

Honestly, I don't see how anyone could possibly compare this picture to how Gerard Butler looked in 300. This is someone else or time has not been kind to Mr. Butler.

Ugh. I think he looks awful :( I watched some old vampire movie he was in, and he looked terrible there, too. It's weird how he can look soooo good sometimes and so bad at others. (and he definitely needs the black hair back.)

He was getting ready to play for a charity soccer game in Scotland here; he has lost a lot of weight recently. Gerard's face, hair and body change all the time. He gained weight for Machine Gun preacher coming out shortly, lost a lot for Playing the Field, a soccer movie (ex-soccer player) coming out next year, and has lost more for Mavericks, where he plays the mentor to a surfer, movie coming out next year. He has been practicing surfing in California and Hawaii.

Gerard is naturally tall and slim, at 6'2", typically around 190-195, less right now. He has never been stocky. First film was in 1997, British film called Mrs. Brown. Skinny and naked. Buffed up later for other films, Tomb Raider, Beowulf and Grendel, Phantom, 300, Law Abiding Citizen.

He was only 30 in Dracula 2000. His newest trailer for the movie Coriolanus, a Shakespearean movie, where it is mostly Ralph Fiennes, is out, and looks pretty good.
