Chris Brown, Rihanna Case

Chris' Neighbors Want

Probation Revoked

8/25/2011 3:05 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0825-chris-brown-tmz-bn
The Chris Brown domestic battery case (over Rihanna) just took a bizarre turn, when the prosecutor revealed in court today that Chris' neighbors are trying to get him in trouble with his probation officer over what has become an epic, Hatfield and McCoy feud.

The brouhaha centers around Chris' West Hollywood condo, where residents have complained Chris is the neighbor from hell.  As we first reported, Chris' neighbors claim he incessantly parks in handicapped spaces, blares music at all hours, and even vandalizes the property.

In court, the prosecutor told the judge ... the homeowners association will send a letter to Chris' probation officer, claiming he's violated various laws by his conduct in the building and has therefore violated one of the terms of his probation -- to obey all laws.

Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, called the biggest complainer "a nut," adding that Chris is the victim of the management in the building, who misled him over the parking spots.  Geragos also said he's met with the West Hollywood City Attorney, and believes the numerous citations Chris received for parking in a handicapped spot will be dismissed.

The judge is noodling over the conflict.

You'd think a person who has as much money as Chris does would have his own house.
Buy a house Chris, you can f-ck it up as much as you want.
I feel bad for his neighbors.

After numerous citations, that no talent idiot still can't figure it out, or just thinks he's above the law. What a dumba$$, and his attorney doesn't sound much smarter, but then again, he is getting the big bucks for defending him. It's LA, so with their celebrity loving judical system there, nothing will happen.

Mark Geragos is a dangerous nut himself.

If we could get Geragos' law license revoked, the world would be a much better place. He's always trying to get criminals out of jail.

I am not Chris Brown fan, but IF the building assigned him parking spots desiganted for the handicap, they need to either re-classify the spots or give him new ones. As for the loud music, there are noise ordinances, so he MIGHT be breaking the law there. Vandalism is against the law, so if he's doing it, he's DEFINITELY violating his probation.

Geragos should be able to prove that Breezy is mentally handicapped and rid him of the charges.

Why did Geragos call a complaint 'a nut?' Wut?

What a piece of crap he is. The guy was never sorry for what he did to Rhianna, he beat the girl bloody, black and blue and then he tried to blame it on his stepfather. If he were truly remorseful he would have been willing to discuss it during an interview instead of throwing a tantrum. He is seriously disturbed and needs help but he thinks he's a big star above the law. Well he's not, I had never even heard of this pun*****il he beat up a woman who is truly a superstar even though I am not a big fan of her music. I just wish people would stop hiring him.

Chris needs to just buy a house and get out of this worthless co-op. They obviously don't appreciate him or what his living there is doing to their property values, so screw them. Move out and let their values plummet. Regardless of who it is, having a celeb living there increases the value. If they don't realize that, then they don't deserve what he's giving them.

Can someone please drop this piece of sh*t off in the ghetto and let some real hood rats show him what they do to a pencil necked, loudmouth woman beater?

It will be easy enough to find out which spots were given to him by the property manager.
Noise? Call the police when it happens, don't just complain later after you did nothing.
Vandalism? Tough to prove it was him. Likely one of his 'friends' so he won't get hit there either

The guy is a douche for what he did but neighbors trying to get probation revoked for a civil/neighbor issue is petty and they need to grow up and get along

Why is someone as homophobic as he choose to live in the Gayest section of LA? He's either in the closet or totally and completely retarded.
