A jury is about to be selected in the Conrad Murray manslaughter trial. Two years have passed since Michael Jackson's death, and we now know a lot -- but not everything -- about what happened on June 25, 2009. So, on the eve of the trial, we gotta ask:

There seems to be so many "followers" of TMZ's posts. Did you (the readers) actually follow their invitation to read the jury's questionnaire?
I really would like to understand the following:
Many times, in the questionnaire, prospective jurors are asked to give detailed and rather personal information about "anyone close to you [to the prospective juror]". In the same time, prospective jurors are ordered to NOT discuss this questionnaire with anyone else, and to sign their answers under penalty of perjury. How can the jurors make sure they give the right (true, correct and complete) answers about "anyone close" to them if they cannot discuss these specific issues with the people close to them?
And why, if the questionnaire is not to be discussed by prospective jurors, have these 31 pages been made public?
Sorry, I think I was a bit too late on the post about the questionnaire, but I really would like to figure out how this should be working. Can you please help me? Sorry for my English & Thank you for your information.

Dr. Murray knew better and should be held accountable for what he prescribed to Michael Jackson.

Dr. Conrad Murray should be reliable for administering the drug because it was administered outside HOSPITAL SETTING.
THAT IS A PROBLEM.......NOT IN A HOUSE SETTING.....THAT IS ALL-AND ENOUGH THAT I HAVE TO SAY....

i think ppl need to remove some of their emotions from this case and think with their heads here ,micheal jackson was a well known addict for many years , this doctor mistake was greed and he was offered alot of money ,he may be a good person who made a misjudgement to save his butt out and have a better financial situation,if alot of ppl were in that situation you may have done the same damn thing , i am sure he didn't mean for this to happen ,micheal was greedy as well , we wanted the drugs and just like elvis , their greed got them where they are , sorry but its the truth!!! i think he is being used as a scape goat , i don't think he should go to prison , i don't think micheal killed himself by adding more into his body , i think he was just so messed up from years and years of pills and injections he wanted !!!maybe the doctor should lose his license for some time for doing propofol in that home but they were both selfish and greedy ,if this doctor didn't do it , i bet there would of been tons more who would have jumped at the chance!!! no one wins here, that doctor reputation will be tarnished forever anyways

Propofol should not be administered in anything but a hospital setting or other clinically controlled environment with the appropriate monitors, it is used for sedation when people are on ventillators in ICU. Dr Murray is guilty of contributing to Michael's death and deserves jailtime, whether or not he administered the fatal dose, or if Michael administered it himself, he is responsible. As is the pharmacy who released the propofol. I am sure Dr Murray is not an evil person, nothing is black and white, but on this I am clear. Dr Murray took an oath to do no harm and administering propofol to anyone in this setting is asking for a tragedy to happen and he knew better.

I hate to tell all of you who said they would never allow their doc to give them Propofol 'cuz anybody who has had a colonoscopy, chances are you've already had it. It is an excellent short-acting medication that quickly & simply puts you to sleep for these kinds of short procedures and allows you to wake up just as quickly. MJ was an addict. Sheesh! People need to quit freaking out about stuff and reason it out. These people abusing prescription drugs are doing exactly that - abusing.

This poll makes no sense; how can most people say Conrad Murray is innocent yet want him to go to jail? Seems like most people want to convict him just for being stupid enough to be bought by a weirdo to be his drug doling-out lackey.

BEVERLY

One thing I forgot to mention, what did Dr Murray think would happen to Michael, giving "propofol"a very addictive drug every night for rehearsal and through 50 concerts? What would be Michael's prognosis.?Well IF HE LIVED,HE SURE AS HELL.WOULD HAVE ONE RAGING ADDICTION.What would happen to Michael AFTER THE CONCERTS.A physician.is to help improve the pts condition not to do harm.Dr Murray eyes were wide open, and he knew what Michael's coNition would be,Heard he stock piled 250 viles of "propofol"I will never believe Michael died of INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER,NEVER,

Of course the doc is responsible, he supplied drugs to an addict. That`s why he was hired in the first place. It`s hard to imagine, being a drug addict and being so rich that you can make it "legal" Dr. drug supplier`s time ran out. He hopped Jackson up, then brought him down, up and down, up and down. Doc drug supplier knew what he was doing and has to be held responsible. He needs to be made an example of, 15+ years at least. Some of you people get it, others, well, you`re just embarrassing to the human race.

Again, TMZ stoking their fires on the court of public opinion. Murray chose to knock Michael completely out and walk out of that room leaving him alone in case something happened. well, we all know what happened.
If Murray was not afraid of something, why did he not tell the emts and the hospital staff what he gave him. If he was not afraid why did he hide for 2 days. If he was not afraid why did his story change so many times.
He knew he did wrong and he must be held accountable.
Michael paid for his part with his life, now Murray must pay for his negligence. If you do not believe Murray was negligent in his care of MJ just by what he alone admitted to, than you have not read everything on this case.

Wow, are that many people misinformed? Yes, Dr. Murray killed Michael Jackson. He gave him a powerful anesthetic not supposed to be administered outside of a hospital, nonetheless for "insomnia", nor something he had the training for. He left a patient on anesthetics alone to talk on the phone (patients must be monitored at all times on anesthetics) and couldn't even do CPR correctly, then hid evidence and fled the scene. Are those the actions of an innocent man? I can't believe people actually think he isn't responsible and blame Michael, as if a patient knocked out on anesthetics is injecting himself (in the leg no less). If it was anyone else, no one would believe it. Just because the guy was strange doesn't mean he deserved death or this kind of maltreatment.
