I'm assuming everyone who is defending the guy in the costume obviously hasn't been to Hollywood to experience how annoying some of these impersonators can be. They literally harass you until you tip them. Sometimes telling them to leave you alone doesn't work. I read that someone said that guy was a perv. He probably said something to those women. What woman wants to walk down the street and be sexually harassed, whether its verbal or not? Perhaps he got what he deserved. And I wouldnt necessarily say him standing on the street panhandling in a costume is having a job. I swear people in this world are idiots.
