Jason Davis

Off The Hook in Heroin Case

9/18/2011 3:30 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Jason "Gummi Bear" Davis
just dodged a three-year jail stint -- because TMZ has learned, his laundry list of drug charges were dismissed this week ... including felony heroin possession.

Jason -- grandson of oil mogul Marvin Davis -- struck a sweet deal with prosecutors to get off the hook ... agreeing to complete a drug diversion program if they dropped the charges. He completed the program this week, so prosecutors held up their end of the bargain.

As we previously reported, Jason was arrested back in January for possession of a controlled substance ... and was subsequently charged with heroin possession, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason pled "not guilty" to the charges in April -- but lucky for him, none of that matters now.

Money talks, bull **** walks. However in the hell it relates to Jason. I think he is clean for now, which would explain the weight gain. There's no such thing as a fat heroin addict. I saw him come back on celebrity rehab as a so called success story this year. For Dr. Drew it seems your a success if your still alive. He had Mike Starr come back as a success story too.

Bad Motherhugger

I loved the prank call number somebody did on him a while ago. He was almost ecstatic to be presented with the opportunity of ratting his even more disgusting slimeball brother out to Mr. "Fake-super-ticked-off-drug-dealer". Nothing like having your own flesh and blood ram a knife in your back. Right, Brandon?

Isn't it grand how inheritence spawns can't fight their way out of a paper bag. Just look at this entitled piece of fat sh#t. He is a complete waste of skin but the smug look on his fat mug says it all. He will eventually die from excess and believe me the world will not blink. Funny thing about these undeserving losers ie Hiltons, Kardashians, and all the rest they have no stress as they spend their grandparent's cash but they have no inkling of how hard it was to earn that cash. Most likely their grandparents, and their parents worked their asses and struggled so that these brain dead drug addicts can wontanly speed cash like cheap whores. We would be better served if they all died.

Why is it that everyone Dr. Drew "helps", always drops dead or takes a nosedive after his treatment.

They NEVER get in trouble. Our judicial system is a load of CRAP!!!

Supposedly, getting arrested and facing jail time was what got him motivated to get clean. Supposedly it scared the hell out of him.

Hey, if that worked, good. He's clean now. That's what matters.

What a great legal system! You can be found with heroin but if you're rich enough to hire one or more of the best criminal lawyers in the country, you get off with no criminal record! And they say "equal justice for all". LOL
