'16 and Pregnant' Star

Could Be Booted From Military

9/22/2011 12:17 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Life is about to get very real for reality star Josh Rendon... he could be kicked out of the Air Force.

TMZ has learned the "16 and Pregnant" star is currently under investigation by the military for his conduct leading up to his arrest earlier this week on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and drug possession.

A rep for Little Rock Air Force Base, where the incident took place, tells TMZ ... Rendon could be court-martialed, or face other administrative action. In other words, he could be discharged.

If he gets kicked out of the military, Rendon and his wife, Ebony Jackson, will lose their home -- because they live on the base.

On Tuesday, police raided Rendon and Ebony's pad, after someone complained about living conditions in the house. Police found the place covered in feces.

The couple's 2-year-old daughter was taken away by the Department of Human Services.

TMZ spoke to Rendon. He had no comment.

That kid needs to be investigated, convicted and punished... because that's the only language he understands... I'M CERTAIN countless people warned him about his house and drugs but he and his girlfriend are to trashy and effed-up to give a crap until they're busted... It's just the way they go down... They're idiots.

Ouch. Looking at that photo TMZ has of the apartment, it looks blown out of proportion. I hope social services weren't bring overzealous. They have let some kids slip thru the crack so I understand at times they will wig out.

I hope they look hard at these kids. In this economy, the last thing we need is someone like Josh to lose his job when he has a mouth to feed! If the place was horrid, ok, I get it. If they are going extra cause they have been on tv, this would be sad.

What a couple of morons. How f_cking hard is it to clean the damn house? According to the earlier article, there was human/dog sh_t all over the house. Really? WTF?? Ebony, get off your lazy ass and clean. What the f_ck is wrong with you? They should kick him out of the Air Force. The last thing we need is some dumb as a box of rocks, lazy as the day is long, slob fighting for out country. I feel bad for the baby. They should never get her back. Anyone who could actually live in a house filled with sh_t and find nothing wrong with it, is too stupid and lazy to raise a child.

on-base housing is subject to inspections just like living in the barracks is. why wasnt this caught sooner? UCMJ has a lot more teeth than civilian law, this douchebag should get his due.

I'd boot him too for having sex with a wild bushy hair uncivilized half human beast named "ebony" jackson.

Shows that he has no pride or respect for himself.

I'm an Air Force wife and he has ALOT more than "losing his home on base" risk. I had a neighbor who had their child taken away for living in disgusting conditions with her child on base while her husband was deployed. He got in trouble and he wasn't even physically there, but she is HIS dependent and is responsible for all things his dependents do. But this guy....first there is the disgusting conditions his child was in....that will get him in trouble alone But they found drugs. A drug related incident is serious, but really serious on a FEDERAL INSTALLATION.....you know like an Air Force Base. This is beyond losing rank or getting an Article 15. He will probably receive a dishonorable discharge. That will make it real hard to get a job after he's booted from the military. On top of that, the Military pays for your rent. So he's not paying rent and collecting a paycheck right now. On top of that one of the benefits is Tricare. That's medical for himself, his wife and his child. Military members don't pay co-pay's or emergency room bills, we don't have to pay for prescriptions. He will lose EVERYTHING. And I think he should. There is no excuse to be living in those conditions especially when he has a child. But speaking as a military wife.....we don't get paid alot, but we have opportunities and "extra income" in the form of paid rent and practically free medical and ALOT of family support services that people in the civilian world don't have. All active duty members are instructed on what their responsibility is and what to do if they need help. My husband has to take a drug test at random at any given time....as does every other active duty member. So, even though I don't know the exact cir****tances, the drugs might have belonged to his wife. But he will be responsible for it, and could've gotten her help in the form of rehab and medical services for free. And there is usually a "squadron Mother" ( wife of active duty member and first shirt) who would watch the child, or arrange for care at the CDC while his spouse got help. There is no excuse for this. Period.

Oh course he'll be booted from the military. He had and used illegal drugs in military housing. Small no-no

Even without the drugs, they'd lose the house. And for those of you talking about family housing inspections, in my experience, we've lived on base for 2 years and have yet to have any kind of inspection beyond routine work orders that WE requested (however, my husband is Army, so that may make a difference). Simply because there were drugs on the premises, he will be booted from the Air Force with most likely a dishonorable discharge. He MAY get lucky and get an 'other than honorable' discharge, but I doubt it with him subjecting his 2 year old to that kind of atmosphere. They have a zero tolerance policy for that kind of thing. And while he awaits his discharge orders, he will probably suffer the most disgusting and degrading details and extra duty shifts that they have available.
