I find it rather in disgusting taste that "TMZ" make the issue of a mans death a 'musical' and an 'entertainment' piece. Albeit this site is for celebrity entertainment/gossip/etc, however I'm sure if any members of your family died and someone made 'jokes' about it, you would find it in poor taste too. So quick to lynch a celebrity who makes a homophobic comment yet it's acceptable to disrespect a dead person, regardless of the fact it was MJ. C'mon now. I know respect doesn't exist much in your guys world, but give your heads a shake.

This is absolutely disgusting! This is way below the lowest. I know you do it to get more attention and I know you´re not paid to be compassionate but rather the opposite. But just once - just ONCE - why couldn´t you consider Michael´s children and his family? You´ve got enough news anyway to keep the attention up. Sickening.

jacksin knew he made a living out of having stupid doctors, drug dealers, pedophiles, other criminals and female abusers as friends or trusted family members. he got what he deserved.

Mentally disturbed addict & a Dr. Feelgood. Not something to laugh about.

How many damaged people have to die because they have easy access to drugs before society says, "ENOUGH?!"

Such bad taste.
If this was anyone else but MJ, TMZ (and other media) would show some compassion and understanding. But, hey MJ 'bashing' always was a national sport.
For Gods sake, a man died. His family are still grieving.

The media drove a very vulnerable man to the edge of sanity - and TMZ find it comical???

I'm so sick and tired of reading these comments about how people feel so sorry for Dr. Murray, because they believe he is innocent. Let me ask you this. Who brought Propofol into the home? Who, if the defense is accurate, gave in during the "weaning" process and gave Michael more of the drug? Who didn't have the proper equipment to monitor Michael, who didn't call 911 immediately, who didn't administer proper life saving procedures? Dr. Murray.

People always want to blame Michael Jackson for something, even his own death. The man was recorded by his own doctor slurring his words, talking about how great he wanted the show to be, talking about what he wanted to do with the money he made on the shows: build a children's hospital. These were not the words of a man who wanted to die. People talk like Michael killed himself, as if it was an intentional suicide. No, I don't think so.

This is a man who suffered through years of use and abuse by not only his so called loved ones but by the media as well. This is a man who went through a lenghty, highly publicized, highly exploitative trial in 2005 in which he was found not guilty of all charges against him. This is a man who went through an agonizing photoshoot where police photographed his naked body in 1993.

If this was a man who wanted to die, wouldn't he have took his life years ago?

This was a man who was a chronic insomniac. Both of his ex-wives have spoken about his difficulties with sleeping. Honestly, who could sleep if you were in the position that everyone was watching you, waiting to accuse you of something, regardless of whether or not you actually did it? Who could sleep when even the people who are supposed to love you and be close to you are using you to make a profit?

Whatever the case was, whether Michael took the final dose that killed him or whether Dr. Murray administered it, that really doesn't matter. In the end, Dr. Murray is the one that provided the drug, and if these medications were just lying around where Michael could easily get to them while coming out of a Propofol induced slumber, then that shows gross negligence of Murray's part for keeping these things lying around at a distance that could easily be accessed by a groggy patient.

Murray clearly wasn't thinking about anything but money. And while we're talking about it, why on earth did the man record Michael coming off of, or going into a Propofol-sleep? What was the point in that? Was he recording Michael for money or for his own amusement? Either way, that was an invasion of privacy, and it clearly shows that the man wasn't thinking about his patient first.

Think what you will about Michael Jackson, but do not let opinions formed by tabloids or accusations cloud the fact that Dr. Murray is the one who brought the drug into Mr. Jackson's house and administered it to him off and on. Do not forget that he is the one that recorded his patient for no good reason while he was under the influence of the drug. Do not forget that he is the one that took a powerful anesthetic and administered it outside of an actual medical setting and did not have the proper equipment around to take care of Michael.

Why do people forget this and talk about "innocent Dr. Murray?" If he was innocent, he would not have brought the drug into the home in the first palce.

If he's not convincted, he should, at the very least, lose his medical license for the rest of his life.

This trial is about Dr. Murray, not about Michael Jackson. People need to stop acting as if this is a trial to judge Michael Jackson as guilty or innocent. It is a trial to decide if Dr. Murray was guilty of causing Michael Jackson's death, and if you ask me, his bringing the Propfol into the home in the first place is enough for me. He acted negligently, in my opinion, and bringing Michael Jackson's history into it means nothing.

If saying Michael Jackson was an addict and got what was eventually coming to him is enough to prove Conrad Murray is guilt-free, then does that mean that a gun toting murderer is innocent if his victim once attempted suicide? Makes no sense does it?
Whether or not Michael Jackson was addicted to prescription meds makes no difference when you strip it down to bare bones. Dr. Murray brought propofol into that home, and propofol is what killed him. Dr. Murray is not guilt-free.

I think conrad should be punished just for handing out medicine to a known addict. BUT i do think that he SHOULD NOT be punished for the death of m.j.

Rogue Warrior

What up all you emotionally illiterate, Nancy Disgrace following, irrational, rode wet, mental midgets? FYI, MJ was a drug addicted pedophile who suffered from an identity crisis and took it upon himself to OD!
On the other hand, Dr. Murray is a good man who did the world a favor. Just imagine if any other average Joe had little boys over to his house for sleep overs in his bed and at the entrance of the room there were cameras to alert this average Joe of intruders. Yeah, average Joe would be in prison after getting thoroughly trashed by Nancy Disgrace and her followers.
A grown man has a secret compartment in his room along with security cameras outside his room to alert him of intruders. You have to be one emotional douchebag or douchebagette to think his sleep overs were "innocent"!!
Thank s Again for carrying out justice Dr. Murray, hang in there because you’ll be found NOT GUILTY,, NOT GUILTY, NOT GUILTY!
