Rihanna

Exploits Beating in New Video

10/19/2011 11:32 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Rihanna has released a new music video ... featuring an abusive relationship with a guy who looks JUST LIKE Chris Brown. Coincidence? We think not.

While Rihanna doesn't get beaten to a pulp in the video for "We Found Love," the guy does grab her face and inks the word 'mine' on her ass.

The video ends when a pushed-to-the-limit Rihanna gathers the strength to leave the dysfunctional relationship.

Not suprised, if she's not prancing around half naked she's in videos simulaing domestic abuse. This 2 trick pony really should consider learning another act.

The guy doesn't look like Chris brown and the only abuse in the video is the drugs and alcohol. I wonder how much Rihanna's PR people are paying folks to report 'shocking resemblance to real life!' to generate hype on this boring piece of trash.

It's insane how pop starts these days want so much attention, they'll do anything to prolong their overstayed 15 minutes. Horrible music, and uninspiring moronic videos.

I heard the song on the radio this morning and it wasn't good, so I have no need and/or reason to see the video.

TMZ you guys don't notice the part where they are BOTH getting HIGH?

I think that night they were both high on drugs and alcohol. It's obvious she still feels something for Chris and perhaps wants him back. Aside from that night, she has never reported any other abuse. I feel if the media didnt get so involved, and if BOTH had received the proper help and guidance, they could have learned to be in a healthier relationship *getting rid of the drugs/alcohol included*. It's obvious what happened that night was out of their characters!

It's also funny that every time she's promoting something, she goes back to highlighting what happened and mentioning Chris Brown. I feel they should just move forward and leave it alone, or solve it privately and get the help they need!

Ripping off Requiem For a Dream and giving it an up-to-date urban/hipster twist doesn't make you edgy.... Just sayin.

Yes call it what it is TMZ, exploitation. This video subject matter doesn't even really match the song subject matter but hey she needs some attention so you all know she has a new album coming so she is using the assault and the media ( print and online) to promote. Smart girl!

One second she wants The Public to move on, (generally when they vocalize their disapprovement of her actions regarding the assault) the next not so much....seemingly. But she will be allowed to because she is the victim and no one wants to question the victims motives, which in my opinion are motivated by attention and money, not catharsis. Just my opinion.
