Lindsay Lohan

Asks Morgue for Help

In Grave Legal Situation

11/1/2011 12:40 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Lindsay Lohan Ed Winter
Lindsay Lohan figures if the people from the morgue can help dead people, they can do wonders for her, and that's why she's asked them for a letter of recommendation for the very skeptical judge.

We're told Lindsay pleaded with a supervisor at the L.A. County Coroner's Office to write the letter on her behalf ... touting that she's been doing yeoman's work at corpseville.

But our sources say her request got shut down before it reached the man in charge, Ed Winter, and even if it had ... there's no way Winter would have written the letter.

As we've already reported, Lindsay will concede that she violated her probation when she goes to court tomorrow, and Judge Stephanie Sautner will almost certainly send her to jail.  We're told Lindsay is hoping for just 2 weeks behind bars, but that is probably wishful thinking.

We'll be livestreaming Wednesday's hearing at 10am PT.

Let her burn for being arrogant enough to think she could keep doing the same things with different results. She was late, everyone knows it, so why would they lie for her? Seriously she needs some help. At this point I'm not sure she knows the difference between the truth and a lie.

She reminds me of that kid in grade 2, that picks her nose, constantly steals food from the other kids lunches, and smells like fart every time she comes around the corner. Gross.

I would LOVE to read what Mr. Winter has to say, considering that I heard the contempt in his voice last week. OMG yes, Mr. Winter, write the letter and send it to the Judge without Her Highness' approval.

An act of stupidity is defined by doing something over and over again, in the same way, and expecting different resuilts.I am sorry to say, this but this defines Lindsey's lifestyle...

If pictures could talk:

Lindsay: "Look at me, just look at me I could be your daughter. And you know what you tried to do to me, don't you!" "You pervert!"

Ed Winter: "Uh, I didn't do anything. What are you talking about. I never touched you! They'll never believe you anyway, you lie to much."

Lindsay: "That's what you say, no one is going to take the word of a mean dirty old man against a sweet, innocent, can do no wrong little ol me." Now sign the papers or else. Or mom will come in and sue you for all kinds of trumped up charges, so do it dude and save your self a whole boatload of trouble."

The only problem about this whole conversation was that Ed had the whole thing on Speaker phone and everyone at the morgue heard the whole thing!

Judge is going to decide what she decides whether LL "concedes" or not.

A couple of days from now, the judge is going to rip her to shreds for turning up late to the morgue and then attempting to bribe the employees with cupcakes while lying to the dead morgue dude about it. Lindsay will respond by crying and blaming, alternatively, her assistant, her friends, her lawyer, her parents, her agent... It's groundhog day.

"Help! Help!" Please Lohan, all of your late minute scrambling to acquire good girl points is very unbecoming. Instead of developing "strategies" to stay out of jail, why don't you invest the time and effort into strategies for staying out of trouble in the first place?
Have you no class at all, Lohan? The "troubled actress" persona you've created has grown quite old; it's no longer vogue, it's droll.

If there is one celebrity that needs to be made an example of, it's definitely her! She had everything that she needed but piss it all away to party and get wasted. Then, she goes even further by stealing from other people. She continually laughs at the court's punishments over and over and over.

Public figures and the rich should be set at a higher standard than everybody else. There should be a federal prison just for public figures to go so they will get a stiffer punishment when they break the law!

What should the judge do now since California is bankrupt and corrupt? Send her to the maximum time in jail, but put her on 40-hour per week work release at the morgue, so she won't occupy a cell during the days and sit there all day. If they send her home early, then she has to hire an independent therapist to stay with her 24/7 so she stays out of trouble (including no alcohol, drugs, bars, parties, and no "business" visits or trips) and meets all of her probation obligations. Also, she should not be having internet, phone, and cable tv if she's sent home early on house arrest.

"asked them for a letter of recommendation for the very skeptical judge"

Doing that alone, she's getting more jail time. She just hurt herself, instead of helped. Enjoy your jail stay with your new butch "Sam" girlfriend.
