Conrad Murray's Lawyer: I'm 'Very Disappointed'

Michael Flanagan is an idiot.Even if there is a retrial, it will be the same verdict-GUILTY!

I realize that filing an appeal is probably routine after a loss; however, the defense's own witnesses helped the prosecution. They are dunzo!

HE WAS FOUND GUILTY.... THATS IT!!! appeal? Thats the problem with law. Jury finds him guilty, than they appeal!
SCREW U, wasting time and resources!

This guy should seriously look into getting a necklift.

Of course he'll appeal. It's still a payday for him. In my opinion, Flanagan was the weakest of the defense team. He stumbled around during the questioning of their key defense witness, even calling him by the wrong name.

Y bother..he'll be sentenced to time serve on the 29th.
If mhe was to get the full 4yr's...he'd be out for good bahavior in 1 yr.

Like JM Flanagan, I'm very disappointed - he was just not strong or aggressive enough to win the case, alas.
Good thing there're plans to appeal the guilty verdict - but different defence team needed.
Dr. C Murray's actions were accidental - thus, NOT GUILTY !
