People's Court Missing Person

Ex-Fiance 'Primary Suspect'

11/28/2011 4:00 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

The ex-fiance of a woman who appeared on "The People's Court" has been named the primary suspect in her disappearance.

Orlando Police Chief Paul Rooney just announced Dale Smith is the target of the investigation.  Smith appeared with Michelle Parker on the show, arguing over the engagement ring.

Chief Rooney says Smith refused to take a polygraph test.

Parker's mother, Yvonne Stewart, made a plea during the news conference:  "If you could have avoided this Dale, if you had cooperated with the police and took a polygraph test when they asked you, you could have avoided a lot of stress ... We're not going to stop until we find out who did this."

Smith has been missing since November 17, the day the show aired.

He may be guilty but she was the one that spread her legs, got pregnant and them married him.

She was the one seeking a "bad boy". SHe was the one driving around in a Ghetto looking Hummer. She was the one with all the stupid tattoo's trying to be all gangsta. She was the one pretending to own a tanning business to cover up whatever illegal way of making money she really was up to.

Looks like she bit off more than she could chew. Play with fire and you get burned.

It breaks my heart to say this, but I don't think she is no longer alive and its very sad that he would do that to her and take her away from the kids, no neither will be there to support them..
