Looks like he ate a Chevy.

Chevy hates Murray with a passion. Chase split from the show to be a "Movie Star" and Murray was his replacement. Murray also made everyone forget who the h3ll Chase was. It took about two movies for the world to realize that Chevy Chase wasn't very funny. Just look at Caddyshack. Chase was as funny as a turd, and Murray just about stole the movie with a supposedly throwaway part of CARL THE GREENSKEEPER. Murray's had a big time career and Chase has been an afterthought.

The cast that SNL now trots out now every week doesn't do justice to Belushi, Radner, Murray or Chase. SNL could be canceled and NBC would have 35 years of reruns to choose from to fill the slot. SNL just isn't funny any more.

Chevy Chase is such a self absorbed ********. Can't stand him. Vacation and Fletch were funny but that's about it. Bill Murray is way funnier.

What a shock, all are from his generation. Yeah, all of them are or were funny (although Ackroyd has gotten dull in his old age), but the only one I'd place in the top four based solely on SNL performance is John Belushi. Heck, Bill Murray was only on the show one year.

Personally, I think it was Belushi, Eddie Murphy, Mike Meyers, and Will Ferrell.
