Church of Satan

Tim Tebow's Delusional

12/12/2011 3:17 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Peter H. Gilmore -- a high priest in the Church of Satan
God is not helping Tim Tebow ... this according to a rep for The Church of Satan.

But there is a devilish twist ... the rep tells us Tim's faith COULD actually play a significant role in his success on the field.

TMZ spoke with Magus Peter H. Gilmore -- a high priest in the Church -- who tells us it doesn't make sense to say God is helping Tim win games ... because that would mean God's actively making other teams lose ... and why would God do that?

But what does make sense is Tebow's mental state -- Gilmore tells us, "Those who have a winning attitude tend to do better, and whatever fuels such team spirit, be it religious fervor or simply an overwhelming desire to succeed, is the real source for success."

Gilmore adds, "Satanists are atheists, and we would consider any triumph to rely on a combination of skill and luck – most certainly not in any form of supernatural intervention from either Heaven or Hell."

If religious leaders from the biblical past lived in present society today. They would most likely be institutionalize for a mental disorder.

TMZ is like a window into every bizarre odd ball in the world. We can only hope they close the drapes. And that's not a vote for the grandstanding antics of Tebow either. It's all just a jump on the fad thing to entertain the sheep.

Pretty scary when you consider that a 'pastor' a man of God can spout utter nonsense and hate and half the country cheers and agrees... someone who calls himself Satanist or atheist and speaks logic and common sense and that same half of the country is ready to stick there fingers in their ears and sing 'la la la la' to themselves

If Satanists are atheists, then why do them call themselves Satanists? Why not just call yourself an atheist?

me thinks those guys have something to hide.

i'm beginning to suspect that this 'tebow' guy is just using these silly lookin scriptures on his face as ridicule for (against) christianity. i don't believe that fool for one sinlge dingle second, that he's 1.a religious christian, and 2. is not trying to use scribbling scriptures all over his face as some 'exorcist movie' type hoax. 'HELP ME'! i hope he gets possessed by the devil satan, and then he'll see what kind of moron he is.

Satanists are actually more reasonable than Fundamentalists (whether Jewish, Christian, or Muslim). Who woulda thought? God is truly dead. Now all we have to do is bury the corpse ...

Apparently Johnny Depp is going to hell so says the Christian Coalition and James David Manning. Check Youtube for the videos pro and con Johnny Depp. The best so far is a fan made video called "Talkin' About Jesus". Hilarious.

I'm thinking that Tim Tebow is just climbing the NFL learning curve for QBs.

"The light is coming on" like they say. Maybe "the light" is actually God? Who knows. He's doing pretty good for a guy that's been "dissed" by all sorts of NFL draft gurus and analysts for not being a good passer. He's making those guys "eat crow" for sure.

Maybe God is pushing him learn like crazy in the film room and in team meetings and practices. Maybe he's finally figuring out what his QB coach has been telling him about his throwing motion and making good decisions, etc. Let's face it, becoming a good QB is a lot of hard work. Tim is making the most of what talents he does have. Good for him.

We'll see if he can become an elite QB. That'll take a LOT MORE work by Tim to get to that level. Maybe God helps get his butt out of bed to work hard at his craft. That's cool. Some types of religion can be a good thing for a lot of people. Maybe Tim goes to one of those churches.
