Amanda Knox did a little Christmas shopping in Seattle yesterday, hitting up a local Salvation Army.

She received the best gift she could possibly get back in October ... from an Italian court.

This freak is so guilty it hurts to look at her.

But don't worry Amanda, karma is a bitch...she wil sneak up on you when you are drunk, or down, or just getting on with your life.

I don't think she wielded the knife that killed her roommate but I believe she was present at the time of the murder and tried to cover it up with her boyfriend and the actual guy who killed her. Minimum she should have been convicted of an accomplice to the murder. When someone walks into a bathroom and sees blood smeared on the floor and on the sink and takes a shower anyway saying that she just thought her roommate was on her period!!!! WHAT???? that's disgusting! No girl would ever in her right mind ignore smeared menstrual blood on the floor and take a shower anyway. I would go banging on her roommate's door and tell her to go clean that nasty sh*t up!!! before I would ever get in the shower! That room better smell of bleach after the roommate cleaned up her blood! That's why I believe she's guilty! That and if you read any of the evidence they found at the scene it doesn't add up to someone breaking in the house for an outside window they had to climb up a wall to get into. The glass break evidence from a rock thrown through the window was also wrong. What criminal breaks into a house by throwing a rock through an upstairs window and then has to climb up a wall to get in the whole time that someone was in the house?? Don't you think that's kind of a noisy way to break in when someone is home?

I lived with several female roommates and when Amanda Knox was asked why she took a shower in a bathroom covered in visible blood smears she said she thought her roommate was on her period. I'm sorry but there is no way in H*LL I would take a shower or even go into a bathroom where there was blood smears and think," oh my roommate must be on her period, oh well I think I'll take a shower and get ready anyway." That right there to me proves she's guilty! I would not step foot into the bathroom until I got my roommate to CLEAN the nasty menstrual blood up off the floor and sink! I would have banged on her door and told her to get out here and clean up your mess!

Why is this news worthy? She gets away with murdering that poor girl and you're taking pictures of her?! It's bad enough she got off on a technicality, she should be in jail but if that's not possible I wish she would just go away! I hope I never see her slutty, lying, murdering, drug using face again. She's right up there with Casey Anthony - sleeze!!!!

JERKS!! what more do you need to understand that Knox is innocent and the Italian Courts are the "murderers" of the legal system? Obviously you are not aware of the many dollars the family had to beg, borrow and steal for her defense attorneys..I'm sure she is shopping at Goodwill because the family is next to broke and I think even with money, Amanda was a wise shopper..Jerks!

If Rudy Guede committed this awful crime alone, why on earth did he decide to stage a 'burglary'? He was already known to the Italian Police for two recent break-ins prior to the one at the girls' flat. We are supposed to believe that he had time to create the burglary scene; or even returned to do it. We're also supposed to believe that he knew Meredith Kercher would be out late, despite having seen her out very late the night before. Guede also apparently had the confidence to know that Amanda Knox would be out late, and that the two Italian girls would also be out late (they were in fact both away; as were the guys in the flat below). There were bits of glass found on part of the upper storey window ledge, but none below. Apparently, no glass fell to the ground when the window was broken; because none was ever found. Neither did Guede knock any of those bits of glass off the ledge as he climbed in through the window. And he apparently never thought to try the front door, known to be difficult to lock and not of heavy construction. It is my belief that he may have obtained a key, or been instructed to call and ask Meredith Kercher to let him in so that he could wait for someone; and perhaps he had been encouraged to believe (incorrectly) that Meredith was attracted to him.

Bits of glass were found on top of the Italian girl's possessions, as well as underneath. According to reports, Raphael Sollecito claimed that he knew via Amanda Knox that nothing had been taken from the Italian girl's room. Was she really so familiar with that room's complete contents (both exposed objects and those inside drawers and closets, etc) that she knew no valuables had been taken? Both Knox and Sollecito never took even a look at the crime scene, or went anywhere near it once the door had been broken down. Sollecito, a large young man who practiced kick-boxing, was apparently unable to break the bedroom door down. However, a male friend of the Italian girl managed it quite easily. According to the Massei Report, Knox claimed that Meredith Kercher often locked her door. Yet all her flat-mates knew this only to have happened one time before (when she went home to England). The mood of both Sollecito and Knox was witnessed to be mainly light and even humorous in the Police Station. It's one thing to demonstrate your athletic prowess when allegedly asked to do so by a police officer, but quite another to sit on your boyfriend's lap grinning and sticking your tongue out at him. This girl's flat-mate had been raped and fatally stabbed the night before. I think their ‘friendship’ was probably quite minimal, but this is someone she had got to know over six weeks. However, it’s not unknown for terrible shock to affect people in bizarre ways.
Amanda Knox felt the need to reportedly have a second shower the morning of the discovery of Meredith Kercher's body, despite claiming in one statement to have showered late the previous evening at Sollectio's. They also claimed to have made love that evening, but it’s surely more usual to shower after such an event and not need to again? Were these statements made purely under duress by the Police? Or were there other reasons for making them? Perhaps these are just coincidences, or I’ve got the time-line wrong here. However, Sollecito's mobile phone was switched on just after 6 am and a text message from his father was opened. The student claimed to have been fast asleep at that time. He dropped his alibi for Amanda Knox after being questioned by the Police; and to the best of my knowledge has never reinstated it. By most standards, Sollecito’s ‘pocket knives’ were quite substantial blades, and he is supposed to have had a model of a combat knife mounted above his bed. His collection of Japanese “Manga” comics included a tale of a female Vampire being killed on Halloween night. Rudy Guede had jokingly referred to himself as a Vampire in a now famous video. Again, perhaps these are all just unfortunate coincidences. It is reported that Guede had threatened one burglary victim with a knife, and a knife was indeed found on him by the Police after one of the burglaries. Apparently, the Police took no substantive action, despite finding stolen goods on him from a school break-in.
I believe Meredith Kercher was stabbed whilst being held down by more than one person in a nasty game. The perpetrators even felt the need to fetch Amanda Knox’s black bedside reading lamp to add to or be the illumination. The aim was to stick a knife repeatedly and rapidly into the floor on either side of her neck as some sort of horrid ‘tease’. Either she struggled and moved her neck with fatal results, or the game changed and she was stabbed several times deliberately in the neck. She may well have already been sexually assaulted; perhaps slightly earlier in the evening. It’s unlikely that just one person was involved in either assault. To quote Meredith’s father: “Meredith had 47 bruises. Two knives were meant to have been used. Meredith did karate, for goodness’ sake.”
I believe Guede was disturbed or joined by one or perhaps two people that night at the flat. People who became willing accomplices to something which then went horrifically out of control. Theft was a secondary motive and a subsequent additional crime. Drugs that can tip borderline personality disorders over-the-edge may well have played a part. An Italian Court has found both Sollecito and Knox to be innocent of murder, assault and theft. We must respect that legal decision as a matter-of-fact, and keep in mind their right to live their lives. The so-called DNA evidence against Amanda Knox and Raphael Sollecitio was controversial, and ultimately not strong enough. It is certainly natural that Amanda Knox’s DNA would be found all over the flat anyway. God rest the soul of Meredith Kercher, but I think only partial justice has been done.
