Beyonce's Hospital Suite

It Can be Yours ...

For Only $$$$

1/13/2012 7:30 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Beyonce hospital suiteThe lavish hospital executive suite where Beyonce gave birth is a lot cheaper than you think ... at least it's a lot cheaper than we thought.

An official at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC tells TMZ ... there are 7 suites in the VIP section where Beyonce gave birth. Each executive suite costs between $700 and $800 a night.

We're told the suites have "reconfigurable designs." Translation -- the dividing walls are movable so the VIPs can expand into more than one suite.

In Beyonce's case, the official wouldn't be specific, but we're told she had at least 4 suites -- which could explain the 4 flat-screen TVs. So Beyonce probably paid $3,200 a night -- she can afford it.

We're told any patient can use the rooms, provided it satisfies the needs and treatment of the patient.

The official indicated there has been intense interest in the suites, repeatedly telling us patients can book them subject to availability.

I doubt the price for the room is so low. When I stayed in a private hospital room that was not anywhere as nice it was more like $5,000 for the room, not even including treatment.

Oh, give me a break please and STOP insulting our intelligence. As IF this is the "suite" that cost them over a million bucks. They are scrambling right now to lower public anger. That's all. Shame on you TMZ for helping them spread their lies. That isn't even a proper bed used for delivery!!!! Ha ha ha. Fools!

Fee seems reasonable, but still, am betting there will be a fight between women (in between panting) and their nervous husbands in the future. So it's a Good thing medical help is as close as the nurse's station.

TMZ, I live in a city in Wisconsin of 65,000 people. Our only hospital in our city charges $2,000-plus a night for a single room (With a few chairs, no big-screens and not as nice as Beyonce's!) in its' heart-care area! So, cry-me-a-river to $800 measly dollars a night for Beyonce's hospital room.

Dear TMZ,
Please stop keeping stupid stuff at the top of your feed. I would appreciate seeing more interesting things than a birthing suite. A person can go to any hospital for a visit to see the birthing rooms and suites. This is not a top story.

dim wits LHH is a private hospital that services the upper east side of New York and many celebrities live in that area in New York including Vanessa Redgrave why do you think that's the hospital Natasha Richardson was flown to when she had her deadly skiing accident three years ago. 800 bucks for that room is a rip off. nor is she the first celeb to give hirth at that hospital which is partially on Lexington Avenue hence the name Lennox Hill it was originally called German hospital until 1918 at the end of World War 1

I bet she booked a c-section well in advance to fit around their and the doctors schedules. That's not how you have a safe and healthy baby, but that is how you get home in time for dinner.

Obviously she's too special to mix with the 'little people'...not that I care, I've never been a fan of either one of them.

I guess I still don't get all the angry comments about this family. If someone could tell me what makes Jay Z and Beyonce's lifestyle any different from any other stars with similar wealth. WHY ARE THEY BEING SINGLED OUT?

TMZ is not capable of putting out anything near real truth. You all might as well deal with that and enjoy fiction.

Hospitals should not be joining the bandwagon of businesses that cater to the whims of the ultra-elite/wealthy. Has anyone noticed the trend permeating through America...the cost of tickets to sporting events, broadway shows, amusement parks, etc. used to be affordable to any, thanks to GREED, the prices have skyrocketed so high that only the wealthiest of us can enjoy these pastimes.
