Woman Sues Disney

I Was SPANKED Relentlessly

at Kids TV Show Taping

A live taping of the Disney Channel show "Good Luck Charlie" turned into a virtual S&M display ... with a female audience member getting SPANKED over and over again in front of her 2 children ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The woman behind the suit is Kellie Rodriguez ... who claims she took her kids, her sister-in-law and 3 nieces to a taping in L.A. on December 22, 2011 ... when she noticed she was being checked out by the comedian in charge of entertaining the audience, Ron Pearson.

Ron Pearson
According to the suit, Kellie was later chosen to participate in an audience competition -- in which the contestants would perform a "silly dance" to the Village People's YMCA ... and the winner would get a prize.

Kellie claims she began to dance ... when "all of a sudden and without warning, Pearson started spanking [her] buttocks with his hands."

In the suit, Kellie continues, "The unwarranted and unconsented spanking was RELENTLESS and did not cease until [Kellie] physically turned around to stop it."

The worst part -- Kellie claims she didn't even win the dance contest.

But there's more ... Kellie claims after the competition, Pearson asked for a kiss on the cheek ... but when she went in for the peck, he turned his head at the last second and kissed her on the mouth instead.

In the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Kellie claims it was not only unwarranted and humiliating -- but she claims her children were sad and confused ... later asking their mommy, "Why did that man kiss you?"

Kellie wants Pearson to pay ... same with Disney, claiming the Mouse House  "condoned, encouraged or ratified" the comic's behavior by employing him in the first place.

She's suing for unspecified damages. Calls to Disney and Pearson have not been returned.

The first time someone touches you in the wrong way, male or female, show or no shoe, and they cross the line and make you uncomfortable that is the moment you have to make it known. Dont waittill its over.
I hold myself on the first and strike on the second, criminal charges or not.

It sounds like she didn't mind until after she left and thought about the financial implications. Why give him a kiss if he made "unwarranted and humiliating" advances to you?!?

What the hell is wrong with that guy? A blatant creeper like that shouldn't be working on a kids show. And hey, at least the woman didn't wait like 10 years to say something like most of these sue-happy people. In my opinion, he shouldn't have put his hands on her at all, and if he asked for a "kiss on the cheek" she should have declined. Especially if he had already acting in a way she felt was inappropriate.

Disney is full of nuts. First, Disney-owned ABC decides to keep Dancing With The Stars judge Bruno Tonioli after his spat with Michael Bolton, despite calls from fans to FIRE HIS ASS, leaving Bruno free to bully Chaz Bono last season, Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry was accused of assaulting Nicolette Sheridan and they kept him because of TV ratings, and they made the mistake of allowing former ABC Daytime head Brian Frons to stay long enough to ruin All My Children and One Life To Live until they were canceled and replaced with what Brian wanted to shove down people's throats (Brian Frons was fired in January, after the damage was already done). One Life To Live alum and former Desperate Housewives actor Tuc Watkins (played David Vickers on One Life To Live) said screw you to ABC and took a job with NBC and Amy Poehler on Parks and Recreation. Kellie Rodriguez probably didn't trust Disney to do a proper investigation so that is why she is suing.

If someone smacked my bottom and I really felt offended, the LAST thing I would do is try to kiss him on the cheek at his request. Sounds like this mom wasn't all that offended if she was still willing to grant his desire for a peck on the cheek.

I worked with Ron Pearson on a TV show in the 90's where he was the audience warm-up guy. He has been doing that same warm-up act for as long as I've known him (he's worked on another high profile show done by the network I currently work at as well). It is HARMLESS - just complete silliness and goofiness. He has won over countless audiences with that routine and there has never been an issue. Personally, he is the nicest guy in the world, a true family guy. I would trust him with my life. I have no doubt that this woman is just looking for a payday. I only hope that a very good man's life and career isn't irreparably damaged.

Whatever, she liked it. If she didnt she would have leaned in for a peck. Shes not very bright if she wants people to believe she felt offended after being spanked. She probably just upset because she allowed a stranger to spank her publicly and didn't even win the contest.. One a side note, I have been banning more and more Disney Channel shows in my house. There are a lot of inappropriate undertones on those shows.

Her story doesn't sound believable. She's so 'upset' that when he asked for a kiss she leans in for it? Plus it's at a live taping with tons of people, if this was happening there'd have to be witnesses. There's probably a tape of what happened since they were taping a live show. She probably went to the studio with her bogus claim first & when they didn't budge she decided to do this lawsuit to embarrass them into paying her.

i hope disney ****-cans him and they both get a nice spanking of there own with having to pay out a bunch of cash!!
it would be hard to walk away with it all happening at once, everyone was probably yelling, cameras in your face, and being confused and insulted with not knowing what to do she was to flustered to think straight she probably just stood there and took it.

The part that is a major red flag is that she cared that she didn't win th dance contest. I am very skeptical of any lawsuits against big companies.
