After his health scare a couple of weeks ago, Nick Cannon is back on his feet and in the driver's seat.
Decked out in a sweatsuit, the 31-year-old was spotted getting out of his black convertible Ferrari in L.A. on Tuesday.
Earlier this month, Nick underwent surgery after being hospitalized with "mild kidney failure during his holiday vacation with wife Mariah Carey in Aspen, CO.
Screw laughter ... clearly a sleek, black, purring Ferrari is truly the best medicine of all.

I really like Nick - did not know much about him before America's Got Talent. His eyes certainly are still very puffy, an outward sign of kidney problems - hope he recovers fully.

because he really was sick - physically that - over the holidays he was in the hospital because his kidneys were shutting down, it was pretty serious, more than they are saying now, i'm so glad he's ok and hope every thing is fixed so he doesn't have any more problems in the future
