What's interesting ... Demi was clearly smoking something and, we're told, inhaling nitrous oxide with her daughter right there.
Rumer, who is 23, was partying with Demi just 2 weeks ago in Hollywood.

I beat when she gets off those drugs, she will be 1 guilty mom for partaking in drugs with her daughter. Her whole reason for raising her kids in Idaho, was to shield them from the hollywood scene.

Great. It is a family affair. Geezzz...does that even make them bondable to make a movie...sounds like both of their careers are Over...Insurance companies don't like to bond actors or actress that do illegal drugs. It is a liablity...ya know...they want to make sure they finish the role before they are 10 feet under.
