He is far from a Dbag. He is one of the nicest professional swimmers out there. He is great to his fans, he will stay around to make sure everyone gets a picture and an autograph. He is quirky and his style shows that; it doesn’t mean he is a dbag.. He has his own style, he always has. That’s why his fans adore him!

when Phelps does poorly, Lochte won. When on his game, Lochte didn't. Would be very surprised if Lochte does compete in next olympics.
