Dr. Conrad Murray

Denied Freedom

During Manslaughter Appeal

2/24/2012 5:20 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

0224_murray_BN_01
Dr. Conrad Murray was just shot down by a judge, denying him bail while he appeals his manslaughter conviction in the death of Michael Jackson.

During today's hearing, Judge Michael Pastor found Murray is still a flight risk because he does not have significant property or family ties here in Los Angeles.

Judge Pastor also believes Murray is a danger to society -- citing the NBC documentary, in which Murray fails to show any remorse for MJ's death.

Pastor said "it scares me" that Murray believes it's okay to use Propofol in a home setting -- and insists he could pose a danger to the safety of other people if he were released.

Murray had previously filed a motion asking for bail so he could spend time with his family while he awaits the outcome of his appeal.

Murray is hoping to overturn his manslaughter conviction on grounds he never had a chance to prove Michael killed himself  due to stress ... among other reasons.

Murray's appellate attorney Valerie Wass says she believes Murray is a "scapegoat," who's being blamed for Michael's death because there's no one else to target.

I have lost track of Dum Dum's nonsense posts, because there are too much!!! I have no idea what happened to my last post- edit :)

For what it's worth ;)

Are you THAT uneducated, THIS HAS BEEN asked and answered numerous times on this website....but as you're the dum dum on this site - HE DID NOT PAY PERSONALLY FROM HIS OWN BANK ACCCOUNT. His insurgence company for the TOUR (Dangerous) MJ was doing at the time PAID this and Michael was totally against this he profoundly wanted to prove his innocence, but he had NO say as there was so much at stake for all the companies invested in this tour........

-This comment is not intended for the above hater of MJ, it is for those who are unimformed or have been miss -informed, I too strongly believe that you have a twisted mind

Pretty disturbing how much some of you know about each other. Even those of you that "are different sides" have and shared or released personal, really personal, information. you really need to start watching your backs and keep a certain level anonymity online, you know this. It is 2012 and even if what transpired a few years ago, you really should, or should have known better. Also, in general, even the level of Facebook activity that people participate in, no matter how seemingly innocent, is detrimental to you personal and public lives. Wake up people!

I've got news for you but your thoughts are pretty evilby the viciousness that you speak about someone you do not even know!!!

-------------

Thank God, I don't know MiMimoomoo, but I know what she represented and what she wrote - pure evil. And even some of her friends turn out to hate her as much as I do. Look at Susie, wouldn't even put her in her list before she passed away.

Well, enough said about me. This is not about me, you can call me anything you want. This is about MJ, and MJ and some of his rabid fans are the most evil beings (I can't put 'human' before 'beings' because I don't really know if they are human) I have ever come across, more evil than any fictional characters. MY work has to continue, no rest until the last pedophile and his/her supporters are eradicated. By the look of it, I am winning.....

is there a particular thing that you can do ...or ....was it just the top of the hour and the shift had changed ?:)))

at any rate ..

MJ is.... winning..........he pretty much carried this website the past couple of years as one can see by the amount of stories they post for attn/hits..so TMZ should be toasting him at their Holiday parties..lol

but. alas, people are moving on since Murray has been convicted ..on to more positive things..:))

lets all move on....
I wonder what the estate will do next..?sigh??
We have the circ thing that was so successful in Vegas and is touring the country , going to Europe etc, the foot/hand prints at the Chinese theater ..that is such a monumental thing, being with the likes of Fred Astaire and Cary Grant....very impressive..!!
All those positive books out..
Frank Cascio is going to explain to Jordie that the insurance company can not go after him if he breaks the settlement agreement because they are no longer in business...and his father blew his brains out .....so he doesnt have to worry about that..anymore ..he can heal from the nightmare of being that mans son..

also that MJ had forgiven him..
I think that is important also..after all MJ was the father / role model that he looked up to....
Lets face it ..it is one thing to lie when you are 13 or so ..but as you get older , and lose people you love , you start thinking about your own mortality , your own soul..so we shall just see what happens in the next few years,,,
Recently saw a clip of Ron Zonen looking like he was going to burst a blood vessel when a darling old lady told him , she didnt believe any of that stuff about MJ..
It just keeps getting better and better..It is a shame he isnt here to see all the people clamoring to say they spoke to him , he mentored them ..
and yes..
even ...he held their hand..
We are all going to die , and none of us will be around to see how we are remembered ..
but It is wonderful for his family to have him , mourned on a global scale and so many people looking into what happens when the power of the govt intersects with tabloid garbage..
There is just too too much money to be made in positive stuff regarding MJ ..and what happened to him is too good a story not to tell.
Its like leaving money on the table...
So it will come out .
Maybe even on this site also..
Notice no one is writing Nazi stories and showing crappy pictures anymore ??
even TMZ knows which side their bread is buttered on..

WHAT HAVE YOU GIVEN TO CHARITIES????

Dose Of Reality

[I'll try to be as nice as I can with this.]
Sorry fans but contrary to your belief; I don’t think Michael Jackson will be remembered in a positive light. Yes, his death was technically at another man’s hands but most people know he was on a downward spiral for a long time and after any initial shock, people were not so surprised. His mental addiction to medical treatments is now undeniable. Yes, he had some real medical issues but it is not too farfetched to think they we worsened by his actions. It is also not very farfetched to think that he sought out medical attention to fill a void for an unconditional form of love with instant gratification. A prime example of this was his dependence on IVs for simple regular hydration. I don’t think that there’s a need to go into his claims of insomnia and the lengths taken to “cure” it. MJ could have chosen a more normal life but his mental condition wouldn’t allow it. He took too many aspects of his life and exaggerated them, isolation, health, physical appearance, and self mytardom. His “Peter Pan Complex” was far less innocent and far more revealing of his mental issues then people would like to believe.

Fans and other public people say he was a great father but on many levels that cannot be true because he himself was a mess. Sure they had material things and at times a playmate in him but there is more to being a father, especially when filling the roll as a mother on top of it. Think of what life must have been like in his final weeks, there was little time to be “a good father” and it certainly wasn’t a good environment as well. I’m sure the kids think he was a good father but they really didn’t know anything else. If they have any hope for some sort of normal future, people have to very careful with their upbringing even well into their twenties.

As far as his legacy, that exactly what it is and what it has been for many years before his death. He had really not done anything of significance for a very long time and even then, its success was in large part due to fond remembrances of his early career. His O2 tour was little more than a pipe dream. The only reason it came as close as it did was that so much money was invested in it before people knew what sad shape MJ was in. The next step was to give MJ whatever they could in order for him to do enough shows to break even and lessen the amount of lawsuits that were sure to follow. Everyone knew the disaster train was rolling and they were betting on where it would come off the track. Does even his greatest fan think he could have come anywhere near completing half of it?
The Circ show is just a thinly veiled attempt at cashing in before it’s too late like many other “tributes”. Prints in the cement in front of the Chinese theater are far from relevant. People have been riding the money train for a long time and they would be stupid to jump off before it’s too soon. These same people know that their future, at least between anniversary this or that, is to keep the kids in the public eye and hopefully push them into the entertainment field. Regardless of how large his estate is, we can all foresee it dwindling very quickly and even what may bring future income will be sold off way too soon.

His surviving legacy is “Look (but please not too close), Listen (to what I did in the 80’s), and Remember (only what you are told to remember)”.

I know MJ’s most ardent supporters will not believe or accept what I have written but they are not in the majority and this site is not an accurate representation of society.
