Dr. Conrad Murray

Denied Freedom

During Manslaughter Appeal

2/24/2012 5:20 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

0224_murray_BN_01
Dr. Conrad Murray was just shot down by a judge, denying him bail while he appeals his manslaughter conviction in the death of Michael Jackson.

During today's hearing, Judge Michael Pastor found Murray is still a flight risk because he does not have significant property or family ties here in Los Angeles.

Judge Pastor also believes Murray is a danger to society -- citing the NBC documentary, in which Murray fails to show any remorse for MJ's death.

Pastor said "it scares me" that Murray believes it's okay to use Propofol in a home setting -- and insists he could pose a danger to the safety of other people if he were released.

Murray had previously filed a motion asking for bail so he could spend time with his family while he awaits the outcome of his appeal.

Murray is hoping to overturn his manslaughter conviction on grounds he never had a chance to prove Michael killed himself  due to stress ... among other reasons.

Murray's appellate attorney Valerie Wass says she believes Murray is a "scapegoat," who's being blamed for Michael's death because there's no one else to target.

No, Maybe you should "read a little more".

So then the answer is no. You read one thing that supported your argument and dismissed everything else. That is the true mark of a stuperfan.

OMG BnB are you really that stupid?

The sheriff himself said that the number of convicts in the LA County jail is down from the previous year and that there is no current issue of overcrowding at the jail.

Now what part don't you understand??????

Geez.....

Calling someone "mental midget" and "duck" (whatever the heck that means) is so juvenile.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You accepted the title along with the intended recipient. I usually save the insults for after others start dishing them out. I could be much more harsh without being editted by TMZ's systems.
"Duck" or "duckie" is reserved for HumanNature who tends to type "QUACK!" every four or five grammatical errors.
So MooMoo,
There was no need for the US Supreme court to intervene, Judge Pastore to acknowledge overcrowding and Murray will serve his full term?
Dum Da Dum Dum DUM!
YOU NEED TO TAKE YOUR OWN GRAMMATICAL ADVICE!!!
THE CORRECT SPELLING IS "JUDGE PASTOR"!!!
Leave it to Murray.....he's the only eyewitness to Michael's death and he's upset because he was not allowed to prove what he did not see????
remember? murray claimed he was in the bathroom for 2 minutes and when he returned michael was not breathing!!!!!
murray's a liar.......he killed michael some time between the hours of 6am-11:00am on 6/25/2009 (jmo).
Just for sake of argument, lets say you convinced me that you are right (you didn't).
Remember where this debate started? It was my comment
"And to the mental midget that keeps bringing up his 5x8 cell, that's pure luxury as far as jail is concerned."
(key term for the mental midgets "as far as jail is concerned")
That, in essence, means that you don't believe Murray is living in relative luxury compared to the other prisoners in his, or for that matter any other maximum security jail or prison in the US. You brought up the US average cell size.
In my opinion, the simple fact that he has a private cell is a luxury for a middle aged, first time offender with no history of violence in a maximum security facility.
You point to one article written months after the US Supreme court intervened to decrease the prisoner population, and acknowledging the resulting early release policies as overpopulation not being an issue. An article posted shortly before Murray's sentencing where the Judge acknowledged the overcrowding issue and the distinct possibility that Murray most likely will not serve his full term because of it, not matter how harshly he would have liked to sentence him.
I know this is all too much for you to understand, maybe some day one of your caretakers can assemble a colorful book with lots of pictures so that you have a fighting chance.
Murray's appellate attorney Valerie Wass says she believes Murray is a "scapegoat," who's being blamed for Michael's death because there's no one else to target.
__________________________________________________________
Murray was blamed because no one else was allowed upstairs at holmby hills. murray was blamed because all evidence points directly to his guilt. murray was convicted because he murdered michael jackson.
Valerie Wass needs to keep her trap shut! Better yet let her kept talking. She'll be just like the defense dullards from the trial, but an easier target to shut down.
Her idiotic version of a defense for murray is sure to be as ridiculous as murray himself.
Only a desperate basket case would attempt to defend murray's reckless disregard for human life and the medical profession.
Yes duckie, you got me, I spelled the judge's name wrong.
Would you like me to start pointing out your errors as I've done so in the past?
We can start with the fact that it was spelling error, not a grammatical. The simple issue that you cannot express things in past tense is enough to fill several pages.
