Kris Humphries

Our Wedding Guests Should

Get Their Damn Gifts Back!

3/5/2012 11:30 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Kris Humphries believes ... Kim Kardashian has NO RIGHT to keep the gifts from their doomed wedding ... insisting every single item should be returned to the guests.

Sources close to the NBA star tell us ... Kris is adamant that gifts from a fraudulent wedding should be returned.

We're told Kris gives Kim props for cutting a check for twice the value of the gifts and giving it to charity ... but he feels Kim should have made the contribution IN ADDITION to returning the gifts.

Kris has told friends he feels the guests were duped into spending their hard-earned cash on wedding gifts ... claiming Kim never intended to give their marriage a real chance.

Kim insists she truly loved Kris and was legitimately heartbroken when their relationship fell apart.

People get over it!! Keep the darn gifts and move on. I am sure the people that gave the gifts have enough money. Why are we still talking about them???

Hoekom Jy My Haat

It is customary to return gifts if the marriage lasts less than a year. THAT INCLUDES MONETARY GIFTS, TOO.

He is right but impractical, it would cost a ton of money to send back, maybe Kris can cover the shipping costs, lol.

She is the one who ended the marriage; why should she get all the gifts and the say on what to do with them all. He should have a say on the matter or at least some of the gifts which were given to them BOTH.

APPARENTLY, THE GUESTS AT THE SO-CALLED WEDDING, have displayed considerable class by keeping quiet about the "gifts" they painstakingly chose for the couple by not speaking out publicly against the humiliation they must feel concerning their time, their effort and thoughtful consideration to make sure their gifts were chosen carefully and appreciated by the "happy couple." How could they possibly know Kim Kardashian would pull such a cheap trick by ending the marriage so abruptly??? She, singlehandedly, destroyed whatever decency she may have had buried way down deep in her ****tered soul, I believe this is probably one of the few weddings in America where the bride and her family pulled such a deplorable scam against those who felt "privileged" being invited to one of the most publicized "weddings" our country has witnessed. Kim Kardashian and her despicable mother are among the worst kinds of "humans," ever!!! They still go on, merrily, completely immune to the gross injustice against so many innocent people caught in their web of deceit. Amazing!!!

He is right, if she cared about saving their, marriage we would be reading about them going to see a marriage counselor.
He is right about the gifts, I have never heard of such a thing as keeping wedding gifts when your married less than 60 days. She wants to keep the wedding ring but not the marriage vows, pretty sad. No one from her family ever suggested they see a counselor, When your married you give 100% both sides. It wouldn't hurt miss Kimmy big butt to live in Minnesota. Her sister is moving to Dallas with her man.
If they wanted to make it work they could of lived in both places. He is a nice guy hope he finds real love, and I hope her butt gets bigger.

The wedding gift was just one small part of what Kim's wedding guests spent to attend her "destination" wedding... what about attire, travel expenses, hotel rooms? the wedding gift was probably just a small part of all these expenses, for a wedding that never even should have happened. Giving the people their stuff back wold have been the classy and respectful thing to do. Not only did K. pay way less for her own wedding than her guests did... she actually walked away with $$$ in the bank. That's the check she should have cut for charity...
