Kim Kardashian

Pressing Charges

Against Flour Tosser

3/24/2012 10:43 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Kim Kardashian has decided she will press charges against the woman who threw flour on her at an event Thursday night ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Kim tell TMZ she does not feel the woman who threw the flour at her should get away with it and that she should be held accountable for her actions. According to our sources, Kim didn't press charges that night because she didn't want to take herself away from the event, which was for charity.

We're told Kim will contact law enforcement in the next few days to tell them she wants to press charges. According to our sources, Kim wants to send the message that people are entitled to their opinion, but should not resort to violence.

The decision to press charges represents a change of heart for Kim, who told TMZ Live yesterday she was wasn't going to pursue the matter.

Can I sue the clouds when it rains on me? Such a violent act, that rain.

Had it rained $100 dollar bills on her, rose petals or gold dust she'd not say that was violent. Having a guy urinate on her is okay, flour in her hair, not okay.

1) she can't have a change of heart because doesn't have one.

2) She was pushing her perfume, now those skanks are paying you to spin it as charity.

This skank ho can "press charges" all she wants, but it's the D.A. that decides whether or not to pursue the case.

This is the funniest thing I've seen. I was waiting to see her get pelted with flower. Unfortuantely all they did was dump it on her. A smack to the fake nose of her's would have been better. Can't wait until this 1 hit wonder is gone from my memory.

Uhm Violence? Maybe if you are allergic to wheat? LOL I feel pretty certain the violence suffered by the animals for her fashion choices is more legitimately described as VIOLENCE. I'm sure Kim didn't enjoy her "flouring" though. What a laugh.

Is it OK to think both sides in this are idiots? Kim-K for wearing, more specifically buying, fur AND the person tossing flour. The whole incident is a colossal waste of time and I hope the police spend their time on stuff that is more important.

Good for her. Assault should not be "overlooked." Celebrities who pursue their assailants through legal means are doing all celebrities a favor, just as celebrities who pursue defamation through legal means do all celebrites a favor. There may be times where "just let it go" may be appropriate, say, if you could make the case that there is a humorous aspect to it (e.g., glitter-bombing) but this is clearly not one of those times. Send the bee-yotch to jail.

First off, just putting the letters DJ in front of your name doesn't make you a DJ. I played music at our fraternity parties at times. I'm no more of a DJ than he is.

Second, it's south padre island on spring break. These people were there to get drunk and party, not to see this douche. Had he not been there, the people would still show up. So this guy is not a draw at all. Reminds me of Paul Jr on American choppers. He's there to unveil a bike but it just happens to be at a Motley Crue concert. Come on man, those people bought the tickets long before you were ever begging to use that venue to unveil your bike. Or like Obamma taking credit for the pipeline that doesn't need his approval to be build in the southern United States.

Oh, sure. Can you get any more ridiculous? Brooke Mueller ACTUALLY assaulted somebody, what happened to her? Nothing. What's more stupid than paying somebody to throw flour on you? Trying to have somebody arrested for putting flour on you. Did it get in your eye...did it scratch your cornea?

Of course she's "pressing charges" because she has to play this freaking drama out as long as possible, I'm sure she's going to sue the girl too.

Lmao at people saying she's a good business woman. Using Daddy's money to open up a business and putting your name on every product doesn't take much especially when you have had Hollywood connections your entire life. Tell me when they are dirt poor, taking out loans from banks, and starting their businesses from the ground up. Then they can be considered that. Celebrities have been hawking clothing lines, perfumes and whatever else for ages now. This chick has done nothing different but shove her face down our throats. It's an embarrassment when people give them credit as if they are hard workers. What an insult to real workers who have to start from NOTHING. Jays and Diddy are good businessmen because they came from NOTHING. Using daddy's money isn't hard.

If this wasn't staged by kim or her skanky mother why is it that the woman was not arrested? Why is it no one knows this womans name? Since this skank and her mother love to sue to get noticed why is it that the woman ( who ever she is) was let go. She is promoting her new piss water and it is free advertising. boycott Kim
