Anybody considering that this whole thing was staged??? I mean really... she's conveniently wearing all black.... perfect for a flour bomb!!! Realllly.... ????

Ok let me get this straight, someone can urinate on her and she’s good to go. BUT don’t you dare throw flour on her or she will press charges. She should be charged for being such a total waste of space.

I don't think that it'll change anything. That woman just threw flour on her but did she say the reason or something at all? I agree that she deserved it but there must be a different way so that she would know why she had been treated like that.

I've stopped watching TMZ because Harvey Levin is too BORING. He should let one of the kids handle the M.C. job. Max or Charles or Rick...anyone. He's just too 'out of the loop' and too unfamiliar with the current scene.

Animal Rights is a great cause. The problem is radical groups like PITA make a laughing stock of it. If you want to be taken seriously, quit the stupid tactics, and conduct yourself in a respectable manner.

Ha, ha - Kimmie figured out most people think she paid the woman herself to get some easy sympathetic publicity so now she wants to "press charges". Any bets on whether this happens? Or that the flour duster simply vanishes? Think about it - easy to clean flour rather than messier stuff, nobody really reacted as expected, no worry about testing the stuff for deadlies, no nothing that people do today as routine protocol. Plus Kimmie was unperturbed and all ready with a memorized scripted comment. And they tried the trick before using her guy bff as the alleged target.

If Kimmie figures she has to press charges to convince us otherwise-wonder how much she has to pay the woman for that?

Had her name not been in the media for the last 72 hours? Sounds like she needed her celebrity fix and was willing to go to any length to get it. Poor little ignored "stupor-star"/

This animal rights thing is so dam ignorant and hypocritical, if you have a view that is different than mine yet not illegal I have the right to throw stuff on you, NO BOO! I do not like abortion dose that give me the right to throw stuff on women who have abortion? Let the courts and the police and the system in place enforce those things that we the people believe are wrong. This is no better than crips shooting a guy for wearing red or blood gang members for wearing blue we have laws for a reason . I call Pete hypocritical because people wear shoes with animal skin all day ( see Mike Jordan ). So how do they pick and choose which animals can not be killed and which can? Under this rule we should flour the guy on the corner selling hotdogs. Any couple eating at Mickey D's, where dose it stop?

Someone pointed out that flour could be dangerous for celiacs. Believe me, if Kim or anybody in the vicinity was celiac - it would have been a bag of gluten-free flour. It was all planned by the K Klan. Kim was all ready for it, which is why she didn't go ballistic. Neither did anybody else. She was back in action, all dusted off, very quickly with a pre-planned quote for the press. The woman was released before they could have tested the flour, which they would do today. Nobody was at all concerned. Reports came out about the woman "mumbling" something about fur and Kris Humphries. Mumbling? Clean flour? Kris H?!? I'm surprised they didn't put the woman in a basketball uniform, as they did with their earlier PR fake flour toss on Kim's bff.

Kim wasn't even wearing fur, although maybe leather like most people there. Leather is pretty disgusting if you know how it's made, but to be honest the animals are typically grown and killed for food and the leather is just solving a waste disposal problem. Fur is more of a problem in the fashion industry because the animals are more often grown and killed for their fur. (In my childhood, I was routinely grossed out sitting behind women wearing dead animals around their neck - really, the head and limbs and everything! No wonder I'm a vegetarian! Well, those awful Salisbury steak tv dinners mom served had something to do with it, too...) Anyway - this is why wearing fur is the more typical target and any public anti-fur action will focus on someone actually wearing fur at the time (duh).  But this pretend event successfully distracts everybody from asking obvious questions about the Kardashian approach to PR. 

I still think this is a publicity thing!!!!!!!!!!

People are such hypocrites. I do not care if KK is a hoe are even bad person nobody has the right to put hands or flour on another human just because they do no share you views. This is sooo wrong. Judge Kim and wear a eagles jersey number 5 best seller. Please ! Judge Kim and wear make up that was tested on animals . hypocrites! Judge kim but go to the Kentucky derby where the force horses to run while they stand by in suites and designer clothes cheering and making bets. If the horse gets hurt while entertaining then yo walk out on the track and kill him, and we cheer because some coward who is made and jealous of Kim's fame dose evil in the name of animals. hypocrites!
