TECHNICALLY there are 4 differences. The extra mallet, the change in color of the of the design at the bottom of the poster... and the blotchy thing on the wall... BUT... if you look really closely, more of the lettering is cut off on the sign in the first pic. You can see the end tip of another letter right before the enga in pic 2. Well, technically 5 if you count the fact more of the guy bending over has been edited out as well.
