'The Bachelor'

African Americans Will Sue --

We're Not Wanted

"The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" are about to get a thorny rose -- in the form of a lawsuit.

We're told the 2 plaintiffs -- both African Americans -- went to a Nashville hotel to audition for the role of bachelor. Christopher Johnson -- an aspiring NFL player -- claims when he arrived a producer asked him what he was doing there.

Johnson and the other plaintiff, Nathaniel Claybrooks, both say they were taken to the side of the room and left out of the normal audition process. Neither was called back, and they believe it's because of their race.

They will be filing a class action lawsuit in federal court Wednesday AM. We're told ABC, Warner Horizon Television, Next Entertainment, NZK Productions and creator Mike Fleiss, will all be sued.

AHH! The perpetual victims strike again. Why don't you sue god for making you black. I like to know who I can sue so I don't have to listen to anymore blacks whining and carping about their lot in life that was created by themselves.

Like I said Before to Mike Fleiss Karma Karma Karma Karma = Bullies always get brought down !! And its only gonna become a matter of time before the network gets sick of all of your negative press that reflects on them and then they will just stop resigning your show and all your beloved money will be no more! Then you will realize who you really are !! OUCH

okay this is getting old. People that use their race, sexual preference, religion, gender, or disability, to get what they want are foolish and weak and simple minded. get over your self grow up and move on if you expect people to change you need to change your self

But were they the only ones left out of the auditioning process? If they were the only two, that might be suspect, but if there were other black guys that auditioned or other guys that werent allowed to audition, then I dont see discrimination

This is a business. To make money. You can't force yourself to be cast. Would they sue if they weren't cast as george washington? The majority of viewers of the bachelor probably wouldn't tune in to see cat fights a la bad girls club.

Blacks are more racist than whites ever were. I don't see any white girls on Miss black USA. What if we had Miss White USA. That would never be allowed. And that is just one of the racist things the blacks have. Hey Jessie give us your opinon

They were not turned away for being black. They were turned away for being ugly. btw- I think Harvey should sue the NBA for not allowing short, white jewish guys in the league. When will it stop I asks ya? When?!?!

Maybe...the bacherlorette doesn't want to date black guys. I know many people who don't want to date outside their race...and that's their right. Could be the issue. Ya never know.

Wow the dichotomy of comments 177 to 179 is astounding. But that seems across the board. There's no one wants to see blacks on the bachelor to its not about them being black...the consensus is half and half right now. But if the producers are thinking the way the comments are going with the first part of my statement, that no one wants to see blacks, that is racism
