Lindsay Lohan

Declares Wardrobe

On Liz Taylor

5/21/2012 5:20 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Lindsay Lohan
's finally looking the part -- trying on some crucial Elizabeth Taylor-inspired outfits for her new movie ... and TMZ has obtained pics of the wardrobe action.

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, the actress is dead set on nailing Liz Taylor in her upcoming Lifetime movie "Liz and Dick" -- so she's spending countless hours trying to pick out the PERFECT outfits for the role.

We’re told Lindsay has final say on all wardrobe decisions for the film and has been giving major input into how to perfect Liz’s looks.

As we reported, Lindsay's been obsessing over Liz trying to get into the Hollywood legend's head, studying her constantly for the last few months.

The photos were snapped earlier this week during a wardrobe fitting. The first outfit was selected to recreate a famous photo shoot from Elizabeth's teenage years. The second is based on a Valentino dress Liz once wore.

"Liz and Dick" is scheduled to start shooting next month.

That red velvet mumu is based on Valentino? I think soooo not.

Who doesn't notice the way Linds loves to quack about how she's so "focused on acting. It's all I've ever wanted to do. It's my whole life. On set... on set... quackquackquack".

Great. How does that explain "Confessions Of A Broken Heart?" Or stupid logger's socks with the ends hacked off? Or Lindsay Lohan-brand Rock N' Roll plastic eBay "guitars"? Or 6126 anything? None of that dreck has a thing to do with acting - which should surprise no one, considering Linds has just prover TWICE in a month that she can not act, either.

Paper or plastic?

Elizabeth Taylor quotes

19. I've never had acting lessons, though many people think I need them.

20. In my twenties, I nearly lost my eye and my leg. Still have them both, tee

21. Nerves are the nemesis of all actors.

22. I hate being called Liz, because it can sound like such a hiss.

24. My dog Delilah is in love with my cat Fang. To each his own.

Elizabeth Taylor's middle name is Rosemond. Sound familiar?

Finally looking the part? PLEASE, Elizabeth Taylor was an incredible beauty with an hour glass figure who could act. This is a horrible joke and so disappointing for a legend like ET

I got to laugh just thing about this movie....and the budget....Liz meet Richard when she when she started filming Cleopatra they have to start the story their ...Cleopathra was the most elaborate costumed movie of that time with outrageous costumes that one way in hell a little low budget lifetime movie is going to be able to reproduce...and they spent a lot of their married life sailing around their yawpt...and several house in the states and Greece and Spain and all over...more elaborate setting...just the thought of even attempting to reproduce this scenes would give a big budget movie director nightmares and they are going do it for this low budget TV movie. ?????
Never be able to do it ..
It's be like the lifetime movie about the Lost Colony on Roanoke Island at the OBX that Life time did starring that Adian Paul...they filmed the thing in Canada on a Lake with big mountains in the back ground...Mountains in the back ground...LMAO......the nearest mountain to Roanoke Island is 200 miles inland....It was a joke of a movie...just like this one is going be...

Sometimes this lunchbox makes it TOOOOO easy:
help this young woman
Today in factoids:
A factoid is a questionable or spurious (unverified, false, or fabricated) statement presented as a fact, but with no veracity. The word can also be used to describe a particularly insignificant or novel fact, in the absence of much relevant context.[1] The word is defined by the Compact Oxford English Dictionary as "an item of unreliable information that is repeated so often that it becomes accepted as fact".[2]
Factoid was coined by Norman Mailer in his 1973 biography of Marilyn Monroe. Mailer described a factoid as "facts which have no existence before appearing in a magazine or newspaper",[3] and created the word by combining the word fact and the ending -oid to mean "similar but not the same". The Washington Times described Mailer's new word as referring to "something that looks like a fact, could be a fact, but in fact is not a fact".[4]

Lindsay Lohan can get all professionally made up and clothes to look like Taylor, so can anyone. Lohan doesn't have talent. She can't pull this role off.

FFS, its NOT a big frigging secret. HERE, I will copy and paste it so that IT TWIT will stop trying to pretend being "in the know" on public frigging knowledge. Taylor's two first names are in honor of her paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Mary (Rosemond) Taylor

HELL(p) I do not search the internet for Lindsay stuff. It is all posted here, and I have seen her instagram pictures with the name Bella Rosemond on them. She steals the Bella from Twilight because she is jealous of Kristen Stewart.
