Mel Gibson's Step-Mom

Wants Restraining Order

Mel's TERRORIZING Me!

7/2/2012 10:59 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0702_mel_gibson_01
Mel Gibson THREATENED his own 78-year-old step-mom ... SPIT IN HER FACE ... and sabotaged her marriage ... this according to legal docs filed by the woman and obtained by TMZ.

Teddy Joye Hicks Gibson -- who married Mel's father Hutton Gibson in 2001 -- has filed for a restraining order against Mel ... claiming he exploded on her several times and now she fears for her safety.

In the docs, Joye claims Mel and his sister Maura hate her guts ... because she doesn't approve of the controversial medical treatments they've been pressuring Hutton to undergo to treat his various ailments.

In the docs, filed by attorney Brian J. Kramer, Joye describes several outbursts in detail:

October 2011 -- Mel screams at Joye because Joye does not approve of "experimental Ozone treatments" Hutton was undergoing for an undisclosed illness.

"Mel began yelling and saying, 'f*ck this and f*ck that' while leveling other extremely offensive language at me."

Joye claims Mel warned her "not to f*ck with [Hutton's] treatments in any way."

January 2012 -- While visiting Hutton in the hospital, Joye claims she said something that set Mel off ... and "Mel got up, looking wild and began yelling at me in a very loud and terrifying voice."

"Mel was so upset and screaming so fiercely that I could see his face turn red."

March 2012 -- Joye, along with Mel and his sister Maura, accompanied Hutton to Panama for stem cell treatment for his hip.

Mel was cooking food and offered some to Joye ... but she declined due to a stomach ache.

Joye claims, "Mel looked at me in disgust and said that I was insulting him by not eating. He then threatened that if I did not eat he would have me put outside."

May 2012 -- During a family meeting to discuss Hutton's health care, "Mel became incensed and began acting like a wild man."

Joye claims Mel began screaming right in her face ... noting, "He was so close that I could feel his spit hitting my face."

She claims Mel's eyes "looked as if they were bulging out of his head."

Joye claims she was paralyzed with fear and later vomited because of the incident.

In the docs, Joye claims Mel and his sister MUST have manipulated their ailing father into filing for divorce ... because Hutton is a devout Catholic and doesn't believe in divorce.  Plus, she claims Hutton recently penned her a love note claiming, "Our mutual love is permanent."

Joye claims Mel is even trying to force her out of her home ... because it's owned by a charity that Mel controls. Joye says she has no place else to go.

Joye wants a judge to block Mel from booting her from the home ... and prevent him from interfering with her attempts to communicate with her husband.

She also wants Mel to stay 100 yards away from her at all times.

Moments ago, a California judge decided, rather than issuing a temporary restraining order, to set the matter for a full hearing ... which has been scheduled for next month.

No immediate comment from Mel's rep.

I see you had another glass of wine Ms. Kathleen. So what's your point? Pappy was in Phoenix, not California. What's the big deal about a plane trip to Texas? He's been going to Panama for his stupid stem cell treatments. Her point and plan was to get him away from the alternative crap and live with Pappy in peace. So yes, it did mean getting him away from his kids and the quacks. So what? Medical records can be transferred and referrals can be made.

I'm sure when she got kicked to the curb in Phoenix, she had nowhere to go THERE, which probably prompted the 2 week trip to Houston. Leave it to Gibby to serve her on her grandson's graduation, being the toad that he is. In case you've never bought a house - it takes several weeks to close on one, so even if she found one, it's not like she could move Pappy right in. Regardless, Pappy was on board with it - until Gibby got him alone. Then things radically changed. My guess is Gibby upped his meds, pulled the plug on his phone and cancelled all of his 'conventional' Dr. appts. Mark my words - Pappy will die before he has to appear for his divorce proceedings.

Realist you can play coy all you want, but until you present proof of your claims, they don't mean squat, and nobody but you and the brainless sheeple will believe it.

there is more to this story
now I know WHY TMZ did not show court paper from Teddy signed by Brian J Kramer
so Teddy want
1-property control =house (value $ 2 499 000)
on 30130 Mulholland Higway in Agoura Hills
where she lived rent free since 2007 (only taxes on this house in 2011 $20,887.00)
2-move out order for Mel Gibson out of this property
3-court approval to record Mel's communication
4-pay her lawyer fee and cost
5-Mel be put into a 52 weeks behavioral program
6-Mel stay away from HER home, her and her vehicle
saddest part...
in this court paper are same word by word from Joe Eszterhas and Teddy are saying that her fear are from articles written about Mel in media...
mentioning that Mel said bad staff to Joe's 13 years son ( kid is getting younger and younger)
words from Teddy,,,
"On one occasion during last year Mel was at our home and he was wenting about his dispute with Ms Oksana Grigorieva. At some point he explained that he was making "plans to get rid of Oksana". These comments scared me and led me believe that Mel had the power to have his perceived adversaries killed."
----------------------------------
she is after Mel's $ money
using same tactics like Oksana
very honest Eszterhas spoke to Horowitz
I wonder is Teddy spoke to Horowitz and
being old and senile
she is being 'played" to get to Mel $$$

Yeah, good digging Cankook. Too bad the 2 of you have conflicting info. I'm sure flock's 'brain trust' far exceeds TJ's lawyer's ability to determine who owns the home where Pappy is staying. Snort!
Glad you posted the 'reminder' of what the Riley funds are supposed to be used for Cankook. Nowhere does it say it could be used for Gibby to buy or even rent a home for him and his father. Let me guess, it was the rectory before Gibby kicked the priests out?

Oh! Look at Twitter! Alex Baldwin's crazed violent comments about Harvey Levin go unnoticed. Baldwin still a Hollywood darling. Mel's rants are headline news. Weird ;-)

Bunny that earns scooby snacks!

Hope everyone had a good fourth!

Here: Fun in the sun at our pool party and cookout. Fireworks was a fizzle though cuz of the heat--everythings so dry it was just scary to see the sparks flying.

Everyone around apparently felt the same way: we live on a hill side overlooking a small valley. Normally the valley is filled with firework displays late into the wee hours. But not this year. Was it the cost or was it the dryness? Maybe both?

I see that the 'beef' came from an unlikely source - Cankook. LOL! It didn't really prove anything other than the fact that they can look up land records online. Kinda sorta. Pffft!

Realist provided a record of a house owned by COM with a different address than the one in the court filing. (that's if you trust Cankook's 'reporting'). Another thing that makes you go Hmmm.
What are all of these houses owned by COM for?
Realist still hasn't backed up her statement about the house being owned by a family not related to COM.
I wonder what will come first - the Cult of Mel's chosen doomsday, or the beef.

In a few weeks flock will be chirping that they've already provided the info and it's old territory. 'Look it up yourself.' BLESSED ARE THOSE!!!

You posted proof? Where? Now you're just lying. All you've posted is a different address than what Teddy put in her complaint! What are you going to claim next, that she has the address wrong? LOLOL! Not used to people calling your bluff on the Gibby threads are you? Not as much fun now since you can't get away with it. New Sheriff in town. Get used to it.

The question still remains -

WHERE'S THE BEEF??.

Poor, poor little Cuj,

Demands proof of anything that doesn't square with his own interpretations, speculations, and assumptions. Then, when he gets it, says it's a lie.

If the city data isn't enough for you, then call your favorite realtor and ask them to get the face page of the property profile for you. It's free, it can be done on line.

It is up to you now, to prove that I am a liar; your protestations are not enough.

Go for it, Cujo!
