Natalie Wood

Wagner NOT a Suspect

Because of Death Change

Robert Wagner i
s NOT a suspect in Natalie Wood's death, TMZ has learned ... this in the wake of a change in her death certificate.

We broke the story ... the L.A. County Coroner has changed Wood's cause of death from "Accident" to "Undetermined."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the reason for the change is that there was bruising on Wood's body that is not NECESSARILY consistent with an accident ... but it doesn't prove foul play.

Here's the real reason for the change. After Wood's died in 1981, then L.A. County Coroner Thomas Noguchi jumped to a conclusion -- something he was prone to do -- that Wood's death was an accident.

Noguchi did not follow protocol by accounting for ALL possibilities for the bruises -- possibilities which could include foul play, but could just as easily come down to Wood's hitting the side of the boat or the dinghy as she fell in the water.

We're told protocol all along should have been to call Wood's death "undetermined."

Our sources say the investigation is still officially "active" but in fact it's been at a dead end and detectives have unearthed no new evidence to lead them to a conclusion there was foul play. We're told there is "certainly no evidence" leading detectives to a suspect.

Oh, bull. There was a boat captain/crew member for her to call to secure the dinghy if it was, as conjected, knocking against the side of the yacht. That story never worked for me. Wagner got her topside in her coat to "talk" without being easily overheard and pushed her overboard while both of them were drunk and fighting. Walken has always known more than he admits.

Hmm, they can say he's not a suspect all they want, but he was there & she ended up dead. Nowadays he'd be considered a person of interest and we all know what that means,

If I had a time machine I'd save Natalie and punch Wagner in the gut.

Can someone hook up Wagner to a lie detector and ask him a few specific questions. Maury does it all the time when it comes to people cheating. This is the death of a young star. I think it is important to find out the truth.

Everything Wagner did that night was highly suspect. Convincing the captain to wait several hours before reporting her missing? What for?
If they weren't fighting it would be one thing, but the captain claims he heard fghting and things being knocked around in their cabin. I think he knocked her out, thought he killed her, brought her out in the life raft and dumped her. The water probably brought her back to consciousness. Then she probably started screaming for help, which the neighboring boat heard. The captain and Walken were p*ssies for not intervening and for later letting RJ call the shots. They all should have faced charges for how they handled it. Being drunk is no excuse.

Why does TMZ and other mainstream media report that the Los Angeles Coroner changed the cause of death for Natalie Wood?

What was changed was the "Manner of Death" from "Accident" to "Undetermined" The "Cause of Death" remains "Drowning"

Notice how when it comes to rich and famous people it's always a conspiracy? Some lady is now testifying about RFK and 2 guns. JFK conspiracy. Princess Diana conspiracy. Marilyn Monroe. Even landing on the moon. The list goes on and on. Gotta go...just saw a UFO.

Don't kid yourselves, Robert Wagner is definitely a person of interest in her death "off the record".
