at 'Abandoning Suri' Story

Tom Cruise
has had it with reports he's a bad dad, and his lawyer is calling one of the mags on the carpet.

Attorney Bert Fields just fired off an email, attacking "Life & Style," for what he says is "a bogus cover headline that Suri has been 'ABANDONED BY HER DAD.'"

Fields says, "That, as anyone knows who saw their photos together yesterday and today, is a disgusting, vicious lie." Fields goes on, "Until this week, Tom was shooting a film on location, but he spoke to Suri every day."

Fields adds, "He's with Suri right now; and he was with her the day before Life & Style trumpeted their cruelly false accusation. Tom dearly loves Suri and the last thing he would ever do is abandoned her."

TMZ, you are so on top of everything. You catch it before anyone else. So I am amazed that I had to read about Tom Cruise and Suri being involved in a high speed chase on another website. This occurred on the way to the helicopter ride, although a chopper ride instead of a children's park, is more about him than Suri. You jumped all over Bieber's high speed chase. So what's up with not reporting Cruise's?

@Curious George... silly little monkey. We all know only TMZ tells the truth. It says alleged like that ever stops TMZ from printing stuff.

I think this is spin to top Katie's fender benders with the paps and the garbage truck. But we all know the paps are mad dogs, running in packs, so check it out.

OMG. I just posted the legitimate name of a certain brand of roach and TMZ blocked out the "c**k" roach part of the name. Give me a break you idiots. I suppose you would block out the legal word "*****rdly" because no doubt your webmaster idiots would think it was a racial term. Get a dictionary and stop censoring everybody.

An example of how bizarre and distorted the views of some of TMZ comment section regulars are:

"MANIACALZEBRA

He's always lashing out at someone for something. It's really getting boring with him protesting so very, very much.

MANIACALZEBRA appears to actually think that TMZ's rhetoric is real and that Tom Cruise actually "lashed out" (whatever the eff that means) and was "protesting" .

From time to time, people being talked about in the media might comment on the commentary or if the commentary is extreme, even call their lawyer for advice and even take legal actions or threat legal actions. WELCOME TO THE REAL WORLD.

Finally, an investigation.

Alexander Jentzsch Dead: Officials Investigating Mysterious Death Of Scientology President's Son

Authorities are investigating the mysterious death of 27-year-old Alexander Jentzsch, the son of the president of the Church of Scientology International Heber Jentzsch. A spokesperson from the LA Coroner's Office says that the actions of Jentzsch's parents-in-law have raised some questions about his death.

Jentzsch's body was discovered July 2 at his in-laws' home in Sylmar, Calif. ABC 7 has a timeline of events around Jentzsch's death:

July 2, 9 a.m.: Jentzsch's in-laws see him asleep

July 2, 9 p.m.: Jentzsch hasn't moved, but no one checks on him

July 3, morning: Jentzsch's father-in-law checks on him and finds him unresponsive. He takes a child to school, returns home, and then calls 911.

RadarOnline first reported that investigators were looking into Jentzsch's death. Ed Winter, spokesperson at the LA County Coroner's Office, had this to say to RadarOnline:

The LAPD is involved in the investigation into Alexander Jentzsch. Let's just say we have questions about his death. We also have been told that Alexander's father-in-law found his body, and ran an errand, and then came home and called 911.

The coroner's office has completed an autopsy but are still awaiting toxicology results.

However, LAPD spokesperson Karen Rayner told The Huffington Post that detectives are still awaiting the coroner's final reports and haven't released any information about the case. "I do not know what source RadarOnline has for that information," said Rayner in an email.

Jentzsch's death on July 2 attracted controversy because his mother, Karen de la Carriere, claimed that she had been banned from seeing his body because she had left the church of Scientology in 2010. In an email sent to thousands of current Scientology members, De la Carriere blamed the church and Jentzsch's in-laws (also Scientologists) for failing to help him recover from a traffic collision and for trying to suppress the news of his death.

From the letter:

The behavior of the Church raises questions:

Where was the tech when Alexander needed it? He served 16 years in the Sea Org. Why not a lifeline in his time of need?

Why did two New OT VII's allow a fellow Scientologist in good standing to over-medicate himself? Why had two OT's failed to help Alexander? This is a gross violation of point one of the Code of Honor written by LRH in 1954:

Never desert a comrade in need, in danger or in trouble.
Alexander was clearly in need, danger, and trouble and yet he was utterly deserted by the Church of Scientology.

See De La Carriere's lengthy email to other Scientology members in the Village Voice.

Because the church banned de la Carriere from Jentzsch's memorial, she held her own service last Friday in honor of the son she had not seen in two years, due to the church's policy of "disconnecting" from someone who leaves the organization.

Shouldn't the headline read, 'Tom Cruise's LAWERS LASH OUT' ...? HE DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO LASH OUT.

When Tom Cruise Chose Scientology over Suri and did not fight to get joint custody he abandoned Suri - plain and simple. Any father that doesn't attempt to get joint custody of his child is a father that puts his child in second place. Children ALWAYS come first. I have lost all respect for Tom Cruise and will never see another film of his as long as I live. He has lost his mind to a cult.

TruthRevealed

As an ex-church of scientology member, in 2004-2005 I personally witnessed set ups/ pimping by David Miscavige for his "man-wife" Tom Cruise. David Miscavige ordered all his "church" organizations around the world to find beautiful women between the ages of 20 to 25 years old for a "special project." Yolanda Pecoraro (19) was a parishioner at the Celebrity Center International in Los Angeles was set up with Tom. She dated him for about 4 weeks and accompanied him to a Scientology event to generate cash donations which are used by Miscavige: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTKxtMGcvAY

Yolanda is wearing the long pink dress 10 seconds into this clip, standing between Tom Cruise and Mary Lee (Tom's mother).

David Miscavige's secret Sea Org pimping team consisted of veteran RTC member Greg Wilhere (who assaulted Steve Hall, creator of http://www.scientology-cult.com, in an effort to stop him from escaping from the Sea Org in 2004), Tommy Davis (who twice lied on national TV denying the practice of disconnection), Jessica Feschback, Shane Woodruff (President of Celebrity Center International in 2004) and Shelley Miscavige (who David Miscavige "disappeared" in 2006 and who has not been seen since). These were all highly-placed Church executives running this "special project" to find the most sexually alluring, highly educated females with squeaky-clean ethics records.

This entire Miscavige/Cruise "special project" was a predatory front using false pretenses, Church organizations and resources to filter unwary candidates and funnel women into Tom Cruise's bed. Thus what it really amounts to was CHURCH-SPONSORED RAPE.

During the last 2 weeks of their relationship, David Miscavige was busy pimping another woman for Tom Cruise. Their next victim was a 25-year old brunette who was also a Scientology parishioner. A thorough background check and investigation was done on her at Celebrity Center International.

In the meantime, Tom Cruise dismissed Yolanda, buying her silence by purchasing a huge amount of Scientology services training and auditing (a bribe worth tens of thousands of dollars). Yolanda's entire family were Scientologists and all were coerced to sign bonds of confidentiality to maintain secrecy and never expose the truth to any media, otherwise they will be declared suppressive persons and disconnected from everyone they know.

The new brunette was told she had been chosen to help expand Scientology and that she would be meeting with top VIPs and world officials. Too late, she realized that Church officials had lied to her. She expressed concern and raised questions. The entire facade was a lie; no self-respecting woman would willingly allow herself to be so used, degraded and humiliated. Instead of using force, they used cunning falsehoods and half truths to entrap her.

Miscavige and Cruise quickly shifted into damage-control mode, sending her off to the sprawling Flag Service Organization in Clearwater, Florida. There, Miscavige henchman, Tommy Davis (by order of David Miscavige) had the woman imprisoned, emotionally tortured and interrogated for four months. There she was forced to do heavy physical labor. The intention was to break her emotionally and spiritually, to destroy her will power and self respect as a human being.

They failed.

Tom Cruise and David Miscavige are sex criminals, human rights violators, and abusive-monster sociopaths. My heart goes to those great people, normal parishioners and staff who are trapped in this cult out of fear of being disconnected from loved ones and being harassed if they ever come forward to expose their truth.

The IRS has ample reason to revoke the tax status of Scientology. Look up the Larry Wollersheim case. Scientology decided to settle this case at the last minute, a case they vowed to fight to the bitter end stating “Not one thin dime for Wollersheim.”. Why? Well, the corporate structure of Scientology was going to be exposed. Yes, Scientology is more a business than a religion. In fact Scientology likes to have it both ways when it suits their needs, they claim to be a philosophy or a religion according to their arguments in court. For example, Narconon is a chain of drug rehabilitation centers that uses 100% L. Ron Hubbard “tech”. Medical professionals say their programs are pure quackery and medically dangerous. Yet they operate as secular, for profit businesses. In turn they send money to… Scientology. In fact Scientology IS a lot like organized crime, they are a mafia-like organization. One of the stipulations of the settlement was that the leadership not be enriched. That stipulation has been broken for years. Mr. Miscavige is indeed quite a wealthy man now who lives an extravagant lifestyle. The structure of Scientology has been made very complex on purpose. Now as far as being an agnostic on the abuses perpetrated by Scientology there is no need. Scientology has a long history of abusing the courts, abusing critics and abusing their own members. Look at the case of Paulette Cooper. How about operation Snow White? Well, Scientology used their Office of Special Affairs, a dirty tricks and espionage unit during their battle with the IRS as well. They continue to engage in unethical and illegal behaviors to this very day. Look into Scientology’s activities and their beliefs and you will discover that their “religion” justifies committing unethical and criminal behavior, it is part of their “religious” beliefs. The abuses have been corroborated many times. How about Debbie Cook? No, Scientology cannot make the grade as a religion. It is a business at best, and in reality more like organized crime. It is also a cult, they seek to control their members absolutely. You can find plenty of evidence for this readily available on the internet today. Take a good and close look at the structure of Scientology and its front groups. The deeper you look the more evidence you will find. Of course, if you do so, and decide to report the truth, be prepared for some very heavy handed retaliation from Scientology.
