Nate Dogg -- $200k in Real Estate Left for SIX Kids

Rapper Nate Dogg had 6 kids, no will, and $200,000 in real estate to his name when he died last year ... and now a lawyer's been named to divvy up his assets.

In probate documents filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court ... Nate's home in Pomona, CA is valued at $350,000 -- but he still owed $150,000.

The documents also list his six children -- 4 daughters, 2 boys -- who will inherit his estate ... which may include much more cash than the $200k. Nate's earnings from his music catalog will ultimately be added to the pot.

According to the docs, attorney Alex Borden has been nominated -- by one of Nate's daughters and the mother of one of his boys -- to handle his affairs.
