Michael Jackson Doctor

Medical Board Moves

to REVOKE License

7/31/2012 4:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Michael Jackson
's former dermatologist Arnie Klein should NOT be allowed to practice medicine ... so says a CA Medical Board honcho who just filed a request to have Klein's medical license revoked.

The person behind the claim is Linda Whitney -- the Board's Executive Director of Consumer Affairs -- who claims Arnie has refused to undergo mandatory mental and physical examinations, in direct violation of the Board's orders.

Arnie -- one of MJ's closest friends and the doc who prescribed massive quantities of meds for the singer -- was ordered to undergo the examinations following an investigation into an anonymous complaint against the doctor back in 2010, alleging substandard care of two patients.

The patients have not been identified, so it's unclear if one of them was Michael Jackson.

Klein was ordered to submit to mental and physical examinations by June 8 -- but as we previously reported, the doctor refused, demanding to know who's behind the anonymous complaint.

Now, Whitney is asking the Board to pull the plug on his practice.

TMZ spoke with Klein's rep, Joel Douglas, who tells us ... "We're willing to cooperate, we just want to know the reasons behind the investigation. We're optimistic the court will be fair in the matter."

Did anyone else read this article from Atlantablackstar:

Janet Jackson and Siblings Banned from Mother Katherine’s Home
July 30, 2012 by Nick Chiles
If you were hoping that the Jackson family ugliness would be ending soon—hope again. Just when it seemed like matters couldn’t get any worse, we have gotten word that Janet Jackson and several her siblings have been banned from entering their mother Katherine’s home.

The Jackson family attorney Howard Weitzman has declared that Janet, Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie are all banned from the property. So the take-away here is, if you tangle with a 14-year-old whose father happens to be the most famous man in the world, you will lose.

“Given the cir***stances of the last two weeks, and in order to protect the children and Mrs. Jackson, the Executors believe that it would not be appropriate to allow the following individuals to enter the residence or its grounds and we instruct the security to preclude the following from entering the residence or the grounds: Randy Jackson and any of his children, Janet Jackson, Rebbie Jackson and any of her children, Jermaine Jackson, his wife and any of his children,” said the lawyer’s statement.

The family business couldn’t get any messier, and now outsiders are telling some of the most famous people on the planet that they can’t even come to the house where their Momma lives? Wow, that can’t go down very well with Janet, Jermaine and Rebbie. We can probably expect to hear from Janet, Jermaine and Rebbie’s legal representatives by the end of the week.

Said a Jackson family source to x17, “What kind of lawyer would deny a mother from seeing her own children. Katherine cried the first two days she came home. She told her assistant, ‘They’re taking everything from me.’ They’re denying her from hearing the truth. They’re denying her family access to see her and trying to get her in court as fast as possible.”

The declaration by Weitzman comes as Katherine has agreed to a joint arrangement would allow Katherine deal with the child-rearing while T.J. handles the administrative details, such as hiring and overseeing staff at the Calabasas estate. Reportedly the arrangement was urged by Michael’s oldest son, Prince.

A statement released over the weekend by Katherine’s attorney Perry Sanders reads: “Mrs. Jackson is extremely pleased with the prospect of enjoying the pleasure of raising Michael’s children without the day-to-day tedium of items such as managing the large staff that goes with such a high-profile family and focus her attention on being a grandmother and raising Michael’s children.

“She is eager to simply enjoy her great relationship with these children, while deeding over some of the stressors that go hand in hand with being a guardian.”

I'd be interested in hearing rational (note- RATIONAL) comments about this.
Personally, I think it's shocking.

Hi Siggy, I think Randy and Jermaine have a point. I know it's not a popular view, but, as you know, I've never been comfortable with either the executors or that dodgy will.

Only one thing really matters: Michaels last wishes.
We all know how much he loved his mother - would he really want to see her in this situation? At the age of 82 she not only has to deal with the death of her son, but the loss of his siblings and grandchildren?
When lawyers can dictate the family dynamic only disaster can result.
They are effectively placing all the power and control in the hands of two typically headstrong and easily influenced teenagers!
I think MJ would be horrified at the way his mother has been manipulated.
Even if the will is deemed valid, she is the main beneficiary - not the children.
Problem is the media and the fans seem to support the Estate rather than the family. I can't understand that.
I don't think any of the family should be executors, but Branca, McClaine and Wiesman should be replaced with unbiased officials whom the family can trust.
As for the kids, well Paris will soon learn that fame is a double edged sword. She needs family more than money.
