Jermaine Jackson

FLIP-FLOPS

I'm Backing Off the Estate

Jermaine Jackson
-- a major ringleader in the Jackson family rebellion against the MJ Estate -- has officially defected from a family letter criticizing the Estate ... but still has "deep reservations" about the executors.

Jermaine just posted a long letter on his Twitter account, writing, "I rescind my signature from the letter which was sent to the Estate, and which should never have gone public."

"I still hold deep reservations about many issues involving the Estate, and I will continue to bring scrutiny and a resolute voice wherever we have cause for concern. But the way to address such matters is through the proper channels and via a private dialogue, not public conflict."

He adds, "In this spirit, I offer this statement by way of extending an olive-branch."

Jermaine follows in the footsteps of his brother Tito, who withdrew his signature last week from the siblings' July 17th letter to the Estate, in which they accused the executors of failing at their job and stressing out Katherine Jackson so badly she suffered a "mini-stroke."

As of now, the signatures of Janet, Rebbie, and Randy remain on the letter.

Michael...his children...and maybe half of his mother...they are the ones who matter. These other "Jacksons" should get out...get a job...and get on with their lives. We really never cared about them...just Michael and his kids!!! Am I right or wrong?!?!?

I think Michael Jackson's siblings have all the right to question the validity of the will if they think it's fake. Even if they are not mentioned in that will they have a right to question questionable situations surrounding it, and make sure Michael's actual last wish is respected.
The difference in his handwritten signature, the discrepancy in time, place. All this are very valid reason to question the validity of a formal do***ent.
Your signature and the date are one of the important components in a legal do***ent, it seals in agreement.
They have a right to question it until they feel comfortable with the answers!

Sounds like Mama Jackson is trying to sort out this mess with the family and bring back some family unity. And, if there is ANY member of the Jackson clan that has taken advantage of a 'hand-out' from his brother Michael and others...it is Jermaine. There are a few others too. He NEVER should have been involved in this mess but somehow he is one of the first Jackson brothers to always self-promote himself or his family for a buck via television interviews, etc. This is ALL about money. And, I foresee this will not be the end of it in the years to come because a lot of the Jackson family members were supported a great deal by Michael and his estate over the years. So anything dealing with money will definitely be of interest to them as they are accustomed to living at a high standard and have expensive tastes. I will continue to say....that money goes to Katherine and Michael's kids. The silver lining is that I think MJ forewarned his children and once they reach of age, the family will begin to see a great deal of change over the years regarding money (hand-outs).

Sorry, but not everyone is gullibly lapping up your PR spin. The court case was going nowhere to begin with. What you, Janet, Rebbie and Randy did to your mother, MJ's kids and some of your siblings over the last few weeks really opened the world's eyes and defined who you 4 are as people.

Jermaine should have done as Janet did and stayed out of the limelight. The public does not need to know the intimate details of the Jackson family's life in this way. AND, all of the remaining Jacksons need to accept the fact that Michael Jackson _allowed_ Branca to draw up that will--for reasons that none of us and perhaps the Jacksons might ever know. His legacy is that he was a brilliant entertainer and troubled individual who brought joy to many people as well as grief to those closest to him. Why he would exact revenge on his family in death does not make sense to, especially since they stood by him when the media crucified him during the ugly molestation trial. So I can understand why they are questioning the will, but playing it out in the public is not a good idea. And, I hope this is the last that we hear from Jermaine and Randy, appealing to the public for sympathy.

What doctor diagnosed that mini stroke. If she had a stroke, wouldn't a hospital been a better place to take her instead of a spa?

Randy Jackson Owes Baby Mama Over $500,000 In Child Support
-

There are 500,000 reasons why Randy Jackson wants to battle over the late King of Pop's will.

The Jackson brother has two children with baby mama Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned he's a whopping $500,000 behind in child support payments.

"Let me just say this. This is not about money for us," Randy insisted when he appeared on MSNBC's PoliticsNation last Tuesday night.

However, as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, both Randy and Jermaine Jackson -- who also has children with Alejandra — asked Michael Jackson's estate to pay for their child support.

According to a close inside source, Randy, 50, owes more than half a million dollars to Alejandra in past due child support for Genevieve, 22, and Steven, 20.

"There's no reason why Randy should be so far behind on his child support payments. He shouldn't be a deadbeat dad," the insider told RadarOnline.com.

"But knowing how much Randy owes along with all this crazy drama surrounding Michael's estate, there's definitely reason to question his motives regarding the estate and Michael's will."

Randy, Jermaine and Janet Jackson claim Michael's will is fake and are taking on the estate's executors, John Branca and John McClain.

Calls to Randy's attorney for comment went unreturned.

They're shown their mindset, it won't change. They're regrouping is all. Keep the lawyers on speed dial. These bums are no where near done.

You think this was a circus? Wait until the old lady dies. It will hit the fan.

Only because you guys look like a bunch of money-grubbing losers. Questioning the Executors because they've made the estate a TON of money. Really? For real? You guys are that dumb? No wonder Michael was the only one to continue being successful....
