The husband of country singer Wynonna Judd suffered brutal injuries Saturday afternoon when he allegedly drove his motorcycle across a center divider and crashed into an oncoming car, this according to local reports.

The crash went down on US Highway 16/365, near Hill City, SD. Michael Scott Moser was driving a Harley Davidson motorcycle when he drifted out of his lane into oncoming traffic, ramming his two-wheeler into the side door of a Chevy Malibu ... according to The Rapid City Journal.

Moser's injuries were serious, but not life-threatening and he was airlifted by helicopter to Rapid City Regional Hospital. Judd, who was driving in front of him was not injured, nor was the driver of the car he smashed into.

Following the accident, Judd cancelled her Saturday night concert at the Deadwood Mountain Grand Hotel & Casino, but assured fans on Facebook, "The show will be rescheduled at a later date."

Judd tells TMZ, "The outpouring of prayer and support from friends, family and fans has been a blessing to both Cactus and I. Cactus is a champion. I love him deeply and I will not leave his side."

Reading most of these responses honestly makes me sick. Whatever happened to human dignity and respect? Whatever happened to kindness and love? Whether you love her or hate her, Wynonna is a person and her world was just ****tered. How heartless do you have to be to not feel for her at such a tragic time? As for those of you with the audacity to make comments of how she runs men away and her bad luck with love, I suppose the man she was married to that was a pedophile and sexually assaulted at least one young girl was her fault too? Heartless. Yes, Wynonna has had her fair share of bad luck and crappy draws but I would hardly blame her for them, certainly not all of them. Can all of you say that your life is perfect and everything has worked out as you have planned? Further more, do you know that she has known Cactus since she was a teenager and wanted to date him back then but wasn't allowed due to their age difference? Maybe her life would not have had so many awful turns if she had had him all along. To me, theirs is a true love story. They both have battled some really crappy situations and have ended up together. And as someone who has had the wonderful opportunity to meet them both multiple times, especially Cactus, they are wonderful people. Cactus is a wonderful, strong and talented man and a Christian man at that. And together, they sparkle. Those who know her say that they have never seen her so happy. She lights around him, it is clear she adores him and he adores her. And for those speculating about the crash...can you really sit here and say that you have NEVER been driving and something distracted you? The radio, a text, something on the side of the road, the passenger in your car? I will be the first to say that I have plenty of times been distracted for a split second and drifted a little into the other lane. Thankfully there was never a car there. Cactus was not drunk and only he knows what exactly happened in the seconds that changed his life, but I would bet it was a small distraction, something we each probably deal with almost daily, unfortunately for him, there was a car in that other lane. But really people, you don't know them and you don't know the situation. Rather than being so evil to others why not put yourself in their shoes. How would you feel if this was your husband? Your child? Your father? Your grandfather? Your friend? Cactus is all of those things to someone and all of those people are really hurting tonight. And whether you like Wynonna or not, if you can't feel for those people than you have a blackened heart and I just pray to God that you are never in those shoes and that if you are, people do not treat you as you have treated her.
