Lindsay Lohan

BANNED

From Sunset Strip Hotel

8/29/2012 9:45 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0828_lindsay_lohan_letter_bill_chateau_marmont_3Lindsay Lohan stiffed the famous Chateau Marmont hotel to the tune of $46,350.04, and she is now persona non grata.

TMZ has obtained a letter from the General Manager of the hotel where John Belushi infamously OD'd and died ... The GM notes the hotel repeatedly requested payment for the 47 days Lindsay stayed there during the months of June and July ... but LiLo never anted up.

Lindsay -- who had been living at the hotel -- was ordered to get her stuff out by 12 PM August 1.  She was then banned from the entire property.

Now get this ... We also got the itemized bill for June and July, and it's clear -- Lindsay spends like a drunken sailor.

-- Minibar charges for the 47 days:  $3,145.07. The highest daily tab ... July 1st -- $502.43!!!

-- Cigarettes: $686. She blew through 49 packs in 47 days at $14 a pop

-- Chateau Candle: $100

-- Chateau restaurant: On July 4 Lindsay racked up a $1,992.07 bill. On top of that, she spent $685.96 that day on room service

Suze Orman definitely would not approve.

I don't think Sam Magid is going to bail her out being she tried to rip him off. This man doesn't want his business known thats why he didn't want to pursue the attempted theft. Jeez she doesn't have any friends.

Hey maybe Lohan can become a mule.

This bill, sponsored by the California Lodging Industry
Association, prevents hotel and motel operators from
disseminating their guests' personal information, except as
specified. Exceptions include if the information is provided
pursuant to a subpoena or other court order, if dissemination is
made to address billing issues, or if dissemination is necessary
to protect the immediate health, safety or security of hotel
guests. The author believes this bill is necessary to protect
both guests' privacy and security. This bill is consistent with
the California Constitution's explicit right to privacy and to
recent legislation limiting disclosure of customers' personal
information. There is no known opposition.

Okay, so, according to the letter signed by ol' Phil Patel, above, they started trying to collect on the bill on July 8 but continued to serve her, clean the room (ewwww), stock the minibar, fetch her magazines and cigarettes, and allow her and her friends to park in their lots without payment for another solid month? I'm sure it would be difficult or impossible to scrape this skank out of a room she has decided to squat in. It is notoriously difficult to rid a property of squatters and ****roaches, so I can imagine they had quite a time getting her out of there...but why keep serving her all this time? I am NOT blaming the victim. I just want her to be held accountable for all of these charges--maybe go up on some new charges, too.

The LL stories are fun just to laugh at the nolifers that come in here just to hate on her. Face it, if you are jealous of LL, you have no life to speak of.

Saw Lindsay in the Machete movie as a naked drug addled floozie. I don't think she was acting, just being herself.

OK being realistic here Lyndsay should really pay her hotel bill. For God sake why are the cigarettes 14 dollars a pack and why on earth would any business extend this amount of credit to anyone let alone someone that (wording this nicely) clearly has issues.

If a hotel collects or stores individuals' personal information from an entity that is regulated by HIPAA laws, then the hotel must comply with HIPAA laws.
