Rob Reiner

Clint's RNC Speech Was

'Embarrassing'

9/9/2012 12:20 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0909_reiner_videoRob Reiner has always had a way with words and he dropped a critical one when talking about Clint Eastwood's speech at the Republican National Convention last week ... "embarrassing."

By now everyone has seen the "speech" ... with the "Unforgiven" star talking to an empty chair meant to symbolize President Barack Obama.

Reiner, who was at the DNC, said he felt the Dems' convention was better (shocker). And last night outside Toscana in Brentwood, he told our photog he was embarrassed by Clint's baffling speech, adding, "I am a big fan of Clint's but not doing this."

Rob Reiner is a liberal democrat, so his opinion does not count. Of course, it would be negative because he cannot look at Clint Eastwood's speech objectively. He obviously does not have the class that Clint Eastwood has. Yes, Moxie, Rob Reiner is a big fat boob.

Just another Liberal Idiot that gets pissed when someone else doesnt agree with their views. Im so over it! Hollywood is completely out of touch with what really goes on in the real world. I loved, Clint before and I am a bigger fan of him now. It took guts to do what he did. Gotta Love the guy! Way to go, Clint!!!

I like Rob and Clint both.
If I like liberals and conservatives at the same time will I be struck by lightning?
Democrat convention wasn't better than the republican, both pretty much fell flat :D

Even Archie Bunker would agree with the meathead. Clint was pretty bad ad confusing. He wasn't there to do Shakespere in the Park.

What was Eastwood thinking? Or, is he thinking? This is a man who can out-act most anyone making an egregious and embarrassing statement for the Republican party, hopefully doing them irreparable damage.

In case you were not aware, Clint Eastwood is not exactly in touch with the everyday American. He is a member of the money elite just like the Romney and the rest of the Royal Rodents, and he even raised a hapless daughter to think it is okay to burn a $100,000 for some avant garde art, when that money could have helped sick and hungry American babies. They wipe they're asses with 50 dollar bills, and they want to keep it that way. That is why Clint Eastwood went so far as to respond to the imaginary Obama in the chair that he would "not" shut up. Well, here's a newsflash, Clinto, Barak Obama doesn't tell anyone to shut up, because he has more class than to speak to anyone with that kind of disrespect, so you made an extra fool of yourself by implying that Obama has no character, when it is you, Clinto, who has no character. You are cranky, arrogant, rude and brainwashed by the money machine like some kind of a braindead sheep. Get off the stage, you god damn goof.

This guy is a gay lib pawn. He should thank god for his father, because he'd be nothing otherwise. He advocates gay marriage and sex, but thinks Clint was "embarrasing" He is anger and rage personified.

Don't be a sucker for Obama again. There are no "second chances in America" The past four years have been horrible. Time for a real change -- been there done that. Be bold - vote for Romney.
