is still hunting for a place to call home ... because TMZ has learned the mom of 14 will NOT be moving into that Palmdale home after all because she claims the realtors REFUSED to let her see inside before escrow closed.

As TMZ first reported, Octo put eight months worth of rent into an escrow account to rent a 5-bedroom, 3-bath pad. According to our sources, while the dough was clearing escrow, she asked to check out the inside of the house -- since she had only seen pics.

Our sources say the realtor REFUSED and told Octo she wasn't allowed see the house until the deal was closed ... but gave no explanation why. We're told Nadya was furious and told the realtor she needed to see the digs in person before letting THOUSANDS of dollars clear escrow, but the realtor wouldn't cooperate and even kept her from speaking to the landlord. 

According to our sources, Octo felt the deal was turning shady fast ... so she pulled the plug on the whole thing. Now she's looking at other available options and we're told two other houses have recently given the green light.

What the "story" purports to fact belongs in a Nursery Rhyme book. Why do all of you read something so full BS and accept every word as truth? How many times have you been lied to on this site? Where did they get their facts? From a source. That source could easily be a drunk who in an alley eating stale popcorn he found in the local dumpster. You don't personally know the target of the story, or the source used, yet you readily believe anything a bunch of turnips who work for a tabloid present. To add credibility they hire a television lawer, who ha been on inactive status for years, and who single handedly almost caused one of the biggest mistrials in History (original O J Simpson trial). Look it up ( not in a comic book)

This has to be the luckiest landlord in California history. Someone obviously must have sat him down and shown him pictures of what she had done to the house she is now squatting in. Perhaps he had a chance to speak with Amer.
Everyone in Palmdale must be heaving huge sighs of relief. As opposed to the inconsolable neighbors in La Habra who thought they were finally free of it all


The realtor sounds like a total dip. Then again what kind of reputable realtor would ever even consider this destructive trashbag as a potential client.

If she's renting, they don't need to do a final walk through. Based off her history with renting, she maintains the homes poorly,while getting a brazillian blow out. If she's buying, then yeah, have the property appraised , inspected and set up a ESCROW account with a non-conventional loan. Word to the wise Nadya, you can get a house built out in the midwest, with two acres of land, with no escrow. Your intent to stay in California shows no significant change you want for you're family. You pretty much pack up, and move house to house, **** i'd do porn too if I was that broke and my baby needs food on the table. You give me mixed symbols, I don't know how to interprut your actions based off your patterns of ups and downs of defending yourself to the public. Stop defending and put yourself in time out with your children. Focus on your porn career, whatever, but never EVER forget about the well being of your children. You're not a public figure, you're certainly not my role model, you make it look like you do this by yourself, but everything is handed to you on a silver platter. You've brought this attention to yourself, Own up to it.

This story cannot be true. Who in their right mind would purchase a home without seeing the inside first. Home buyers are even allowed walk-throughs before closing. I know because I am married to a realtor.

More like the owners were unfamiliar with who she was and then she obligingly let them know by putting up her website:becomingnadya.com the same days she was supposed to take on the lease.

Probably someone in the owner's life saw it and had the owners take a closer look at web info about their prospective tenant
