The actress who claims she was duped into starring in the anti-Islam movie "Innocence of Muslims" just LOST her battle in court -- a judge just refused to force YouTube to yank the film.

As we reported, Cindy Lee Garcia filed a lawsuit against YouTube and producer Nakoula Basseley Nakoula -- aka Sam Bacile -- claiming at the time of filming, she believed she was acting in a "historical Arabian Desert adventure film."

When the film was released, Cindy claimed it had been "changed grotesquely" to "make it appear that Ms. Garcia voluntarily performed in a hateful anti-Islamic production."

Garcia claimed her voice had been dubbed in the movie to include lines that insulted the Muslim prophet Muhammad, which she never uttered.

But today, an L.A. judge denied her request for an emergency injunction that would have required YouTube to remove the film from its site. The judge found Garcia's claims against YouTube are without merit.

Before her hearing, Cindy addressed the media (above), saying her family's lives had been threatened since the film's release, which is why she sought the injunction.

Garcia said, "My whole life has been turned upside down."

Garcia said YouTube should be required to take the movie down because it will cause more problems in the Middle East and for her own life.

During the media conference, Garcia's lawyer says the actress has been subjected to public mortification on a worldwide scale.

"It's degrading, demoralizing ... it affected our ambassador, our Navy SEALs ... I think America needs to stand behind us on this. What [the director] did was wrong. So many people were affected by it."

Yah, this lady needs to just go buy a gun and stop messing with our rights. The lawyer is just a concieted nasty lady looking for attention. There were no Navy Seals attacked and the movie was finished and shown once in a Hollywood theater.

Movies are overdubbed incorrenctly all the time. Every foriegn movie I see that I can somewhat understand is very incorrectly translated. She is just the actress. She can say that she was dubbed, but she can't say the producer/director/writer has no right to edit and change the movie to suit his tastes.

She is just running scared. She should be prosectuing the people who made terroristic threats against her, not the man who gave her an honest paid job.

All she has to do is use call trace on her phone to find the real criminals. Stop harrassing the artists. The people she is worried aobut offending just want to throw a bag over her head and shut her up anyway. That is not a good situation for an actress.

If you say Sam Bacile fast, it sounds like imbecile. I kind of think the whole thing is maybe a set up to get people clamoring to shut down our rights to freedom of speech. If Sam is really just a sincere filmmaker trying to make a point, he should come out of hiding also and say so.

The Copts are being exterminated in Egypt, that is no lie. He could use all of this media attention to bring attention to their plight. If he is a marked man anyway, what has he got to lose?

They should debate Sam on wha they don't think is factual in that movie. It all looks pretty legit to me. I do think Mo was a carousing pervert. That is no news to most people. They need to get over themselves.

i saw this last night. I had no clue what the hell was even going on. I believe that there was alot of voice dubbing in it. You can hear that very clearly. Its the worst movie I have ever seem. I have seen Porn filmed better than this. But its an insult to Muslims that should be removed. for that and cuz it well it just sucks.

TMZ and most of the media are exploiting this, blowing it out of proportion, just as this actress is doing. Why? Just to get attention and make money.

This is just as bad as all those stories about deadbeat rappers, baby mamas, z-list stars, and child-brides. The TMZ staff isn't trying anymore, been going on for more than a year.

She is sooo full of it. Either way, this is a free country and these are the things that people do here. It has been done to other religions and culturs. Get over it.
