'X Factor' Lies

Simon & Britney's Houses

WERE FAKES

10/11/2012 7:45 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

1011_xfactor_VideoLaunch2
"X Factor" producers tried to pull the wool over your eyes last night -- because TMZ has learned Simon Cowell and Britney Spears' mansions on the show weren't their homes at all ... in fact, one actually belongs to MLB star Alex Rodriguez.

In case you missed last night's episode, groups of contestants were invited to perform at four different homes around the country -- each allegedly belonging to one of the show's four judges.

But it was ALL A LIE -- "Simon's" Miami pad actually belongs to A-Rod. The baseball star listed the home in August for $38,000,000, but it's still on the market. Simon's real house is in Beverly Hills.

1011_simons_house_PCNIt's unclear who really owns the Malibu home Britney appeared in last night, but one thing's for certain -- Britney does NOT own that Malibu home. Her real home is in Calabasas, many miles away.

1011_britneys_house_PCNAs for the other two homes -- we can't say for SURE if they're bogus, but we're betting none of the judges wanted their real homes on public display.

Sorry to burst your celeb real estate bubble.

Celebrity injustice

And guess what? Britney Spears hasn't lived in Calabasas for almost two years. So the fat, ugly pigs we see on TMZ show can't even do the simplest research on their own. They're not reporters, they are order takers. They pay law enforcement for news, they take publicists info on celebs at face value and publish it, without an ounce of research.

How naive is someone who thinks the houses shown are really where the celebrities live. If you rent a house for someone, that's their home. It's a TV show.

This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone! Simon loves the over the top production of X Factor.

Which is why The Voice beats out X Factor in viewership 12.9 million to 9.7 million!

Um, this is not news. Do you really think that Britney and Simon are going to let all those contestants in their actual crib? Speaking of fake houses, those houses weren't Demi's or LA Reid's real crib either.

AND, THIS IS NEWS WHY????? NO ONE EVER SAID THE CONTESTANTS WOULD COME TO A JUDGES HOME "THAT THEY OWNED"...... SO WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL?? IN REALITY, ANYONE WHO'S AS WELL KNOWN/FAMOUS AS THE JUDGES WOULDN'T WANT PEOPLE THEY DON'T KNOW TO ACTUALLY COME TO THEIR REAL HOMES...... BTW, LAST SEASON WASN'T THE ACTUAL OWNED/LIVED IN HOMES EITHER.. GOOD MOVE IMO!!!!

Of course they are not their real homes, jeez talk about stating the obvious TMZ. As if massive stars like Britney and Simon are going to allow complete strangers into their real homes. Its quite normal for the show to lease homes for this. I cant beleve you have a story about this like x factor is trying to pull the wool over our eyes.

Welcome to Hollywood where EVERYTHING is staged. Sorry but this story has absolutely no 'shock' value what-so-ever.

Not even remotely a surprise. That entire show is fake and scripted as hell. I can't believe anybody even watches that crap.
