So I can have sex with someone and not charge them and it's okay. I can have sex with someone, pay them, and film it, and it's okay because i'm making a porn. But if I have sex with someone, pay them, and don't film it, it's a crime? Think of the money the government would save if they would quit prosecuting crimes that shouldn't be crimes.
