Homeless Guy

I Got Paid $40 to Appear

in JT's Wedding Video

10/25/2012 11:05 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

One of the homeless men who appeared in a video reportedly featured at Justin Timberlake's wedding says he was paid $40 ... and had NO IDEA he was the punchline in a sick joke.

TMZ spoke with the man -- "Eddie" -- who tells us he was just minding his own business in Hollywood when he was approached by a man who offered him money in exchange for saying a few pre-written lines into the camera.

Eddie says the cameraman told him the video was being made for a friend's wedding -- Eddie had no idea it was for Timberlake and Jessica Biel.

When we told him how the footage was used, Eddie told us, "That makes me feel really bad ... that was a trick played on me."

In case you're wondering why Eddie is dressed so nicely in our video -- it's because he was out looking for a job yesterday.

"I'm gonna do my best to change my life."

its funny the people with alot of money are always pretending to be so careing about the poor little people, then gave the man $40.00, why not give him a $100, for his humiliation. the friend would not have presented the video, had he not felt it would be something they would like and laugh at. he knows them and knew they would find this funny. celebrities like to put out the image of careing (for poor) so they can continue to rake in big bucks for their lifestyle.

Wow. The guy knew exactly knew what he was doing. He's now saying that he now that he knows it was for Justin and Jessica, it makes him sick. Looks like he wants to get more money out of them.

Come on, man. You know that this 'friend' only did the video with the homeless cat at the center of it all because he knew Timber-The-Fake would get such a gosh darn kick out of it!! Can you say "Career Is Over"? I never thought he was funny and he sings like his balls are caught in a vice!!

Sociopaths are Sad

Justin's friend used this man like one would use someone in a circus freak show. Justin's friend paid homeless & marginalized people $40 so he could make fun of them WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE. Because, unlike a circus freak show (where the "circus freaks" KNOW what's up), the homeless people HAD NO IDEA that they would be humiliated. Would they have done it, especially for the paltry sum of $40 if they had known? Generally, when someone's likeness is shown, they have to sign a form agreeing for it to happen. Did these homeless people sign anything allowing Justin's friend to use their likeness for the purposes of humiliating entertainment? Someone needs to SUE Justin's friend for this disgusting breach of privacy on the part of the homeless people.

And as for it "not being Justin and Jessica's fault" .. please. Justin's friend is very tight with Justin and is married to his cousin. He knew what Justin & Jessica would find funny. It was played at their wedding and I would bet money that Justin & Jessica laughed along with everyone else.

Everybody can end up in this situation . Obama is right Romney wants a society where only the riches and strongest survived but the truth is not everybody is born with a goldne spoon to begin with so the cir***stances are not the same and not everybody has the same chance to make it

O COME ON TMZ,
The TMZ camera guy interpreted the wedding video wrong and unfairly. They weren't using down and out people. They were using crazy looking people that both J & J would never hang with. The camera guy was just coaching Eddie into his incorrect belief of the video. You can see it in Eddies face. Hes not upset hes confused because he knows it wasn't a big deal. How much did TMZ pay Eddie to do this interview? I'm sure it was way more than $40.00. Eddie new it was for a wedding video. If Eddie wasn't as down and out as TMZ is saying then he is smart enough to know that this was for a joke. Why else would they use him in the video if he doesn't know who they are. Leave J & J alone.

I personally can't imagine ANY of the people that I would associate with would even think that video was remotely funny. Looks like we're getting some insight into what type of humor the newlyweds find funny.

If someone showed that video at my wedding, not only would it make me terribly sad considering I just spent 6.5 MILLION dollars on showing off, but I would demand that "friend" leave, and never come around again.

Wonder what the other guests thought of the little video. I would be mortified and beyond embarrassed. The guest would be on the next flight to the states! I can't imagine what type of person would find that funny....

That's not fair. The TMZ camera guy is putting it into everyone's head that they used homeless & down and out people for the video. The only way this video can be interpreted the wrong way is if you are a negative person.
Creating BS news again TMZ.
