Weight Watchers Diet Plan

Jessica Simpson
kept herself to a strict Weight Watchers regimen in order to lose SIXTY POUNDS after her pregnancy -- a regimen filled with low-fat smoothies, protein, and veggies -- and TMZ has obtained her 4-month crash diet plan.

The plan -- crafted by Jessica's former private chef -- closely follows the WW point system, with fancy homemade menu items like egg white omelets, chicken satays, whipped chick peas, soba noodles, and shrimp skewers.

It all kicked off in July with a 15-day smoothie diet: 5 days of 3 smoothies a day (with 2 healthy snacks); 5 days of 2 smoothies a day (2 healthy snacks, 1 meal); and 5 days of 1 smoothie day (with 2 snacks and 2 meals).

For a while, it didn't look as if she'd lose any weight at all -- at least based on her terrible WW commercial -- so we gotta say ... we're impressed.

All these companies are just out to get your money. I don't believe crap about all that diet. You can lose weight easily if you choose wisely what you put in your mouth and just try your best to eat moderately and in smaller portions and quit eating all that FATTY JUNK Food out there, instead, my best advice for staying fit is COOK YOUR OWN FOOD, that way you really know whats in it and you can control the amount of ingredients you put in.

Jennifer hudson is the best weight watchers spokesperson...anyways I agree that jessica simpson was under pressure, had a personal chef and trainer to keep her motivated. We need people who motivated themselves with no personal chef, no trainer

The reality is that most of these stars are probably snorting cocaine to lose the weight simply because the drug suppresses the appetite and even if they are high they can still pitch for Weight Watchers and what a wonderful gig.

So, what is being said here is that fat people eat too much? You mean they are gluttonous, greedy, selfish overeater's? If they stop stuffing their face like a caged farm animal and eat enough food for a human sized creature, their weight comes down? I thought it was a disease where a drug melted the fat off? They seem to absorb calories from magic evil air that is all around them and attracted to them because they are 'unhappy'? In the words of Cat Stevens "In a time of famine a man who steals bread is not treated as a thief."

I don't believe WW and excersice helped this airhead for the simple fact that Jennifer Hudson did WW and worked out after she gave birth two years ago and she just now his the 80 lb marker. Jess usually wears loose fitting tops and is always seated in most of her interviews...hmmm, I wonder why. B/c she is still basking in some of that fat that she thought she could accumulate while pregnant. Some women kill me when they take pregnancy as a time to eat whatever they want and gain 100 lbs. Doctors tell us all the time eat healthy and don't over do it.

If most of her diet consisted of Smoothies - that is NOT Weight Watchers and loosing all that Weight is NOT WW either - they ask that you loose 1-2 pounds a week so that your body can adjust - I understand baby weight and all but loosing 60 pounds in 4 months is NOT WWs plan I do not care what anybody says!
