Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez took a break from custody fights (and physical ones) to visit the happiest place on Earth (adjacent) ... taking in a showing of Disney on Ice at the Staples Center last night.
The peaceful couple sat right up front, with Nahla seated on Halle's lap (see below).
The last time Halle had a seat that good ... her fiancé was beating her baby daddy senseless.

She could have privacy if she/ they wanted it. These are well timed and designed PR damage control pictures. Too late. We all saw Gabriel's face and almost clean hands versus beat em down Martinez's face and damaged hand. She as much more control over the media and paps which is why there has been only ONE father daughter shot of Gabriel and Nahla (with her looking VERY happy as usual with her dad) and more than one of Halle and her pit bull ex boxer with Nahla...well timed and all well dressed. The picture perfect family. SURE. And whose buying this Koolaid? The paps, bloggers etc have probably been warned in some way against taking or publishing any daddy/ daughter photos right now of Nahla and Gabriel. Don't give up on your daughter Gabriel...you'll never regret it, but Halle may one day.

Never watching another movie this chick is in. She was on Chelsea Lately a few wks ago and seemed like a raging beeotch. And after the fight and custody stuff, just no.
