Ke$ha's 'Die Young'

PLUMMETS from Charts

After Newtown Massacre

Ke$ha's new hit "Die Young" has fallen on deaf ears ... after radio stations around the country yanked the song from their rotation after the Newtown tragedy ... TMZ has learned.

"Die Young" clocked in at #3 on the radio playlists on Friday (the day of the shooting) ... reaching 167 million listeners nationwide, this according to Mediabase, a company that tracks radio airplay.

By Saturday, the day after the shooting ... airplay dropped by 3 million listeners ... a sign that stations were slowly pulling the song off the air.

By Monday ... "Die Young" took a huge hit on the radio ... dropping down to 148 million listeners ... a 19 million drop from what had been a pretty steady rotation before the shooting.

One music expert tells us ... a drop of this magnitude is extremely rare. The last time a song plummeted this quickly is when the Dixie Chicks were banned from country radio ... after insulting President Bush.

We reached out to Ke$ha for comment -- so far , no word back.

Out of in 2

I feel bad for those that were injured or killed, but to blame song lyrics is a little much. Billy Joel has a song "only the good die young" that has been playing on the radio for over twenty years.

Yes, the same way she was "forced" by her overlords to do the stolen song "Tik Tok" (which she also took "writing" credit for), even though it's entire premise and marketing plan are lifted from the indie artist called "Chrissy" which was widely covered in the New York Post, Hollywood Reporter, even Prince dot Org, and other media outlets years ago. Get the facts straight. This "problem" of writing credit ambiguity goes way back before "Die Young" was an issue.

If you don't want to do certain songs, Kesha, don't do them and hurt others along the way. The music industry is sad these days. This isn't about Sandy Hook, it's about the shady business practices in this industry, and that's why TMZ wrote this. Now Dr. Luke and Kesha are getting a quick taste of what the others they "borrowed" their music from had to go through for years. In the words of Justin Timberlake and Timbo, "what goes around comes back around"......RIP Sandy Hook victims.

Even Keshia's album sales are falling, but Ar-15 sales are going through the roof. Don't blame the gun, blame the singer. It's amazing this country doesn't have more mass killings

Hahahaha I love it! Just goes to show you that lucifer doesn't even take care of his own! The video that goes with this song is one of the most blatantly satanic pieces of crap to ever hit the t.v. Screen. And the funny thing is that to just hear the song on the radio you would think it was made specifically for little 12-16 year old girls!! Why would you connect a bubblegum hit to a video saturated with satanic imagery???? And all of a sudden she doesnt want to take responsibility for the vomit she spewed out onto our children???? Why didn't you say anything when you were making that satanic, stupid, worthless video that has your ugly face zoomed in on through the whole thing with your ugly snarled up lips in our faces???? And you can't even sing!!! Hopefully you learned a lesson here about selling yourse
