Kate Middleton Nurse Suicide

Charges Possible

Against Aussie DJs

12/22/2012 5:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Police in London say prosecutors are trying to decide whether or not to press charges against the Australian radio DJs that were behind a royal hoax that led to a nurse committing suicide.

Jacintha Saldanha killed herself three days after a prank phone call done by Australian DJs Mel Greig and Michael Christian was broadcast. The two radio hosts impersonated Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles in order to get information about the medical condition of Kate Middleton. Saldanha was the nurse who put the call through, and it was a second nurse who gave them information.

Saldanha was found dead on December 7.

Prosecutors are reviewing the case to see if charges will be brought.

Greig and Christian are no longer on the air and their show has been canceled.

The nurse had attempted suicide before. She was a disturbed individual. What people are doing to the DJ's is just plain wrong.

If the DJ's are found to be responsible for this nurses suicide, then Andy Cohen and BRAVO should definitely take responsibility for the death of Russell Armstrong on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Not only did they not apologize for broadcasting his troubled marriage and financial ruin, but they used his suicide to get ratings. It was disgusting.

It would be pure folly to charged these practical jokers. Who have unwittingly started a chain of events that eventually lead up to this suicide.
But get this.
Within this nurses suicidal notes. She did not mentioned the Australians.
NO NO But rather This nurse was critical of the British National health service. Who because if this series of events. Was and can be really harsh and unsupportive of their staff when they make a mistake.
It never ceases to amaze me. But when ever a Nirsing staff makes an error of judgement the management are critical with such evil contempt that goes back to the early 1900 or Victorian attitude. They are callous and harsh. Not taking into consideration the many years of the nursing staff good and caring conduct. But they are mean at every error. These situations are due to a lacking of good counselling teaching.
This nurse was treated harshly by the hospital and made to think that amidst all her years of good and caring service. She was nothing more than a silly Indian wash lady. She was so demeaned that she was even felt ashamed to go talk or even be seen by her loving family.
The NHS killed her with their demon liked attitude to a nursing error. Rather than the practical jokers

If she had tried to commit suicide before then she shouldn't have been a nurse working in a hospital. Her past life shows how she had many personal issues. I wouldn't want someone like that taking care of patients. The DJ's shouldn't be charged. She didn't even mention them in her suicidal biography.

It's ridiculous if they catheter anyone. Once again someone with obvious me am issues. You don't commit suicide for a mistake, that just not a normal reaction!!!

How can you charge someone when they don't live in the country. Makes no sense. UK should get rid of the royalty family. They are the real thief!!!

Tmz is playing both sides of this story. Annoying

As written, she had a history of suicide attempts. She tried numerous times. She was very unstable and the hospital should have checked her out more thoroughly. I don't blame the DJs anymore, but don't do just stupid and childish things anymore.
