Katt Williams

Quentin Tarantino Has No Business Using the N-Word

12/29/2012 4:00 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

1229_katt_williams_QT_videoIn between getting out of jail and getting in the middle of a parking lot brawl, Katt Williams took the time to talk to TMZ about "Django Unchained" ... and threatened to beat the crap out of Quentin Tarantino if he gets the chance.

Williams didn't voice his opinion in a polite way like Spike Lee did. First he threatened to punch QT in the face, then told us, "Quentin Tarantino thinks he can say the N-word. But I checked with all of Ni**adom and nobody knows where he got his pass from. I hope he didn't get it from Samuel L. Jackson and Jamie Foxx cause they aren't going to help you when I see you."

When our photog tried to compare QT to Steven Spielberg (who made "Amistad" in 1997), Katt shot back, "Quentin Tarantino is no Steven Spielberg. Steven Spielberg doesn't wanna be black, Quentin Tarantino thinks he is. So when he meets a real ni**a, we'll see if he is or not."

Quentin, you've been warned.

The image of African Americans is far better served in a positive light by Quentin Tarantino than by Katt Williams. Mr Williams' recent activities have only reinforced negative stereo types about African Americans.

Mr. Williams,
You're absolutely positively, without a doubt correct, but my intelligent brother you are the blame for the dispersal, of such a vile, nasty, despicable, description that is solely used to disparage, and define one's heritage. All African American Entertainers should never us the "N" word to describe one's affection for another Black person, as a Black-Man I never use the "N' word for any reason, it's shows a very limited vocabulary, and you profess to be a Genius, show the world how smart we think you are,and stop this form of self hatred, and please young man stop the threats before someone really get's hurt, you're to funny to be lost in the sauce behind ignorant rants, and outburst against the world in general for situations you seemed to have instigated [sic], see what one of the greatest comic's said about the "N' word and why he vowed to never repeat it in his private or standup routine i.e. "Richard Pryor"
