Jamie McCourt

Frank Screwed Me Over ....

1/10/2013 3:34 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Jamie McCourt has filed a new lawsuit against her ex-hubby former L.A. Dodgers owner Frank McCourt ... claiming he grossly shortchanged her in the property settlement by fraudulently undervaluing their assets -- in particular the Dodgers.

In the lawsuit ... obtained by TMZ ... Jamie says based on the valuation of assets Frank's team provided ... she agreed to accept a $131 million settlement plus a few other things.

Jamie now says Frank cooked the books by undervaluing the Dodgers assets at less than 1/10 their actual value.   Jamie says their total assets were more than $1.7 BILLION.

Jamie says based on the real numbers, she should have received more than $900 million.

Rich people's problems.

Throwback kid

Thank God these moron's no longer own the Dodgers! Now if the Dodgers will just fire their entire scouting department and replace them with guys who can actually judge talent we may see the Dodgers return to the proud franchise they once were. They may want to think about giving the fans a break on those ticket prices and lowering them a little. The stands were pretty empty last season

Guess you should have had your attorneys look into how much it was really worth before you signed off.

Jamie with all your lawyers none of them were smart enough to hire a forensic accountant to go over the books of the Dodgers?

Who cares? a couple of criminal millionaire's bithcin' and whining at each other, $131,000,000.00 is way more than enough to last a lifetime. As for Frank maybe a criminal investigation will come out of her running her mouth.

Jamie McCourt was well aware the LA Dodgers were hundreds of millions of dollars in "DEBT" at the time her divorce was initiated. She accepted this settlement to avoid shouldering any responsibility for payment of the team's debts. Actually, it was up to "HER" legal team to "thoroughly" research and assign a "REASONABLE" valuation of the team's assets. Doing so isn't a "PERFECT" science and she wasn't willing to gamble on the "NET PROCEEDS" after all the outstanding team related debts were settled. Jamie McCourt wanted to be "PAID" and she was "WELL PAID" for her troubles. Revisiting this issue may cost her "SUBSTANTIALLY MORE" than it's worth.
