BCS Announcer

Pissed at ESPN --

I Did NOTHING Wrong By Ogling Miss Alabama!!!

1/16/2013 4:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

BCS announcer Brent Musburger stands by the fire in his 73-year-old loins -- telling TMZ, he's NOT SORRY for showering Miss Alabama USA Katherine Webb with compliments during the big game between Alabama and Notre Dame ... because he didn't do anything wrong.

Musburger was arriving at the airport in Palm Beach, Florida Tuesday when we asked if he thinks his comments about QB A.J. McCarron's GF were inappropriate -- and Musburger made it clear ... the answer is NO.

In fact, it was pretty obvious Brent has a beef with ESPN for issuing an apology for the whole thing -- but he still issued a pretty politically correct statement about the Worldwide Leader.

"Individuals say what individuals say. And corporations do what corporations do," Musburger said ... adding, "Obviously, they felt it was the right thing for them to do."

In case you missed the broadcast last week -- Musburger unleashed a barrage of compliments at Webb when the camera cut to her in the stands, ogling her for a good 30 seconds ... and calling her "beautiful" and "lovely" ... comments people criticized as "creepy."

In Brent's defense ... she's really, really hot.

He shouldn't apologize. The media is making it sound like he was a dirty old man making perverted comments. Anyone that listened to the tape heard him compliment her beauty and essentially say what a lucky guy the QB is. Did it go on a little too long? Maybe, but sportscasters go on too long about most subjects.

What?!!?! She was craaaaazy beautiful. And he didn't say anything out of the way about her, he barely even gushed. He cracked a couple jokes about signing up to be a QB since they get all the hot girls. It's not even fresh material. They apologized for THAT?! Especially after she said it was okay? He didn't say, "Damn look at them jugs, I just wanna shove my d*ck in her face!" lol. Jesus people need to lighten up. You can tell UGLY ass people are the ones who turned this into a big deal. - they aren't used to hearing praise and compliments on their looks so they think THIS is going overboard, lol.

In America now, you can't call a pretty woman "pretty" without causing a ruckus. Thanks. Democrats.

Remember when Ann Curry got in trouble for touching Brad Pitt's cheek during an interview? It is the same idea. Some people just are not interested in other's overzealous attention to their looks. So it is not only women who get annoyed and offended.

Now one thing I have noticed in life is when a man makes vociferous comments about another woman's beauty, he soon finds himself in the doghouse. Women don't take too kindly to being cast aside for someone else's looks.

This is common sense and respect. Some people have it, some people don't.

Good, no reason to be sorry, the only reason it was made into a big issue and spread around the media circle was because a bunch of bitter selfish narcissistic feminist women and feminist groups wrote in/contacted the companies who advertise on ESPN and threatened to boycott their products as well as ESPN to threaten viewership numbers etc.
If an older woman spent some time admiring a handsome young man in the same situation, the feminist websites would be full of feminists calling her a..."cougar"...and high-fiving and saying..."you go girl!"

Enough with this already, he did nothing wrong and Webb even said he did nothing wrong and liked what he said about her, end of story.

Brent has nothing to apologize for. ESPN should be ashamed of itself for being so whipped by the "politically correct"

Not to mention the ESPN producers showed her every 10 min. Is Brent not supposed to say anything when she is on the air?
