Jason London

I'm the REAL Victim

1/30/2013 12:52 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

0130_jason_london_launchJason London's face was a broken, swollen mess following the crazy brawl at the Martini Ranch bar in Scottsdale, AZ on Sunday ... and it's clear Jason was on the losing end of the fight.

A rep for London tells TMZ ... the actor doesn't exactly remember how the violence began -- but says he DOES remember that someone had approached him in the bar and accused him of "looking at his friend's girl." Jason says the man then got physical with him.

Jason says the next thing he remembers is getting arrested ... but before he wound up in cuffs, the actor claims he was brutally assaulted by the bar's security staff ... and he doesn't know why.

"Jason's injuries are consistent with a brutal attack with deliberately and expertly aimed landed shots to the head which, according to eyewitnesses, continued even after he was unconscious," the rep tells TMZ.

We're told Jason suffered a right orbital fracture in the attack ... as well as a sinus fracture, multiple contusions, hematomas, abrasions and a concussion.

Jason claims he didn't throw one punch -- and his fists can back up his claim, because there are no bumps, bruises or cuts on either of his hands.

We're told Jason is currently exploring his legal options.

Jason's story is a stark contrast to the police report, first obtained by TMZ ... in which cops say London was a drunken, obnoxious mess who instigated the fight and even attacked police.

London was eventually arrested for disorderly conduct/fighting and assault.

The owner of the Martini Ranch tell TMZ ... "We stand behind our security staff."

He adds, "We feel confident that when the time comes between witnesses, police reports and our surveillance footage, that the truth will come out and show that the comments by Mr. London and his people are clearly inaccurate."

I've seen Road House. Dalton says:
'All you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never underestimate your opponent. Expect the unexpected. Two, take it outside. Never start anything inside the bar unless it's absolutely necessary. And three, be nice. "
there's nothing nice about what they did to that guys face.

The "security staff" bouncers at bars are supposed to do what it takes to get a rowdy, drunken azzhole out the door but a lot of these bouncers tend to be bodybuilder dudes on steroids with fighting skills and they tend to have very short tempers.

A drunk guy might be so wasted he doesn't have a clue what he's doing. Believe me, I've "been there and done that" out at bars and clubs a few times myself. A few times I blacked out and people had to tell me what I did the night before. That always freaks me out.

Jason London might have just jerked his arm away from the bouncers and shoved the bouncer a little like typical drunks will do. For some bouncers that's all it takes to provoke them into acting like they are UFA professional fighters and then they just start hammering the hell out of drunk dude ... especially if it is in a dark parking lot where not many people are around.

I've seen them do to it on several occasions. One huge bouncer even took on 4 guys at one time and beat the hell out of ALL of them. They weren't little guys either. Those 4 so called "tough guys" found out their fighting skills sucked a little too late.

Might have been his fault for starting an incident but his face shows more of a beating than of just being subdued and taken down.
Bouncers can be egotistical pricks, so can cops, and it's not so uncommon for police to take it too far...we watch it all the time don't we, the end of a high speed chase where 8 officers could easily *calmly* take the man down, but instead yell and scream and jump him and take turns pounding him.
Usually followed by some idiot rep telling us it was "necessary force", because of course as grown discerning adults we're not able to see for ourselves that it was brutality :D

Also on the story that some guy got jealous about people checking out his woman....saw plenty of that when I was in my 20's in the bars.
Some men, and some women, never accept that fact that there is **nothing** you can do to stop men or women from looking at your bf/gf or husband/wife and checking them out.
Human nature. Can't stop it, can't go around beating everyone up who checks out your man or woman's butt ;D

WOW, you say you don't know why you got beat up. Do you think It might have something to do with alcohol? Do you think just maybe you drank to much and felt you could take on the world and the world didn't want to be bothered by you? Yikes man you need to drink water ,alcohol is to much for you to handle.

Did he or did he not **** in the cop car?

Being drunk or obnoxious is no excuse to beat someone to this extent. You toss the guy and call the cops. It's also not unusual for someone who has been beat/hit about the head to be combative with EMT's following the injury. Sounds like the bouncers/regulars beat the guy then the cops show up and decide the guy is drunk and proceed to further mishandle the situation. EMT's know that a person with a possible head injury (plus add booze) can and often are combative.

Of course there going to stand behind there security staff because if they didn't they would get the **** sued out of them and loose. That doesn't mean there not wrong. Those security guards think there cops and completely over due everything. Believe me I know I was married to one. There's a reason there security and not cops. Because there mentality unstable...

this is SO sad. I grew up in Arizona and the security there suggest that they have the "upper hand" and they really have no discretion. Who cares if this guy was drunk? to beat him IN THE HEAD sounds more like beligerent "SECURITY" than a drunk patron.
