Justin Bieber

BOOED At Concert

The Tide is Turning

3/5/2013 6:06 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Justin Bieber's fans have drawn the line -- it's ok to walk the cold streets of London shirtless, it's ok to smoke dope, but show up 2 hours late for a concert and they'll turn on him like wild animals.

Justin's concert in London Monday was slated to start at 8:30 PM ... but he didn't take the stage until 10:30 PM -- and a very young and pissed off crowd roundly booed his skinny ass.

Particularly irritating ... most of his fans have a curfew, which put them in a bad position.

Bieber tried to defend his lateness by tweeting he was actually only 40 minutes late because the opening acts were always scheduled to last more than an hour.

Bieber admitted there was no excuse for being late, but then blamed the media for spreading the word of his tardiness.

Better watch out Biebs -- fame is a fleeting thing.

Well done Bieber. That's the way to lose fans. You're depending on your fans, without them, you're nothing. I think that confirms why I never liked your music including yourself. Maybe someone should buy you a watch to get to your own concerts on time.

Hopefully next time they through a shoe at him also

Did he really think the media wouldn't let this out. They do this all the time, bad reviews, accidents that happen, no shows, etc.

And so it begins.

Vanilla Ice all over again.

See ya Bieber. He'll probably kill himself on the bike his dad gave him.

He performs Tuesday through Thursday at this same venue. I bet TMZ won't report the screams tonight.

When your fans are little girls who go to bed between 8-9, get your butt there on time. Next the story Biebs was late because he was at hospital with sick child. It's great he does that but he can visit a patient AND be to his show ontime. It can be done.

Wow this little Nut Stubble actually thinks he is invincible. He REALLY does not understand the fickle teen market. They will drop his little azz like a guaranteed pimple and he won't be able to get a street corner gig!

Beiber be careful. Your fans can make you and break you. Once your fans abandon you. You are toast.

Just show up on time.

Don’t forget the sizzrup allegations TMZ! I read about this in the ‘real news’ hours ago. Bieber did not apologize to the fans once he took the stage. I thought his fans were 12 and up, but apparently, he has a huge fan base of 5-10 year old girls, as well (lol). Here are two little nuggets from the article I read:

“The popular Sun tabloid newspaper said many fans, some of them as young as five years old, had gone home by the time Bieber began while others voiced frustration.”

“Justin Bieber is my fave person but 2 hours late on stage is a joke!” fan Jess wrote on Twitter. “Does he realise that he has fans under the age of 10?”

Justin needs to grow up and show more respect for the fans that are responsible for his fame and fortune.

Bieber isn't talented. Only fans are 12 year olds who like Barney sing alongs. Kid is a tool

Am I the only person that thinks that Justin rejected Harvey and all the other gays at the TMZ offices advances and now they are out to destroy him. Im no fan of the Bieb, but it seems TMZ has their own agenda here and its personal.

Late is late. It doesn't matter if you have a curfew. Someone could have at least informed the audience that there were technical issues (if that was the case) and the opening act would be one for however long planned.

He's downward slide is in effect.
